Potential Issue Solution
Camera issues. Hire a new camera.
Film on a different device.
Locations too busy to film. Make sure I know ahead of time when they will
be free and make sure I have a number of back
up locations.
Actors Missing Production days for whatever
reason.
Make sure I have a number of back up days
that we can do as well as having back up actors
to fill in if needs be.
A shot is not right, or satisfactory when I go to
edit it.
Leave time for reshoots after my first batch of
editing to produce the highest quality film.
Lost footage/corrupt save. Need to have lots of different saves in a
number of locations that are physical as well as
digital to avoid this mix up.
I am ill for a period of time, This is all about leaving enough time for me to
do everything before the deadline. So in the
case that I cannot do work for a period I can still
get the work done in time.

4. Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be
avoided?
Filming near roads. Make sure to wear high-vis jackets and always
make sure someone is watching the road.
Poor weather whilst outdoors could be a
problem for cast, crew and equipment.
We have to all have appropriate clothing for
the weather and where we are as well as
making sure to protect the equipment from any
extreme weather conditions.
