This document analyzes the stakeholders of a potential water and sanitation project in a village. The primary stakeholders are village children, school children and teachers, village men, and village women. Village women have the highest priority as they would benefit from improved access to water and sanitation, improved family health, more time for other activities, and increased recognition. Secondary stakeholders include the local development organization PDRD, humanitarian organization staff, other villages, and other NGOs.
