In conjunction of our new service in Mobile Workplace Learning Design, we sponsored a team to take part in Adult Educator Challenge in Workplace Learning Innovations. Our director, Mr Prakaash was the team leader. Congrats to the team for winning the 3rd prize. The team designed a gamified knowledge capture app with visual metaphors to motivate frontline F&B employees to participate in organizational learning.
