9 The Angel of the LORD said to her, “Return to your mistress, and submit yourself
under her hand.” 10 Then the Angel of the LORD said to her, “I will multiply your
descendants exceedingly, so that they shall not be counted for multitude.” 11 And
the Angel of the LORD said to her:

 13 So Hagar gave this name to the LORD who

who sees me!”
 14 Therefore the well was called Beer-lahai-roi.
It is located between Kadesh and Bered.

7. Judges 13: 21-23 Manoah & wife 26 September 2020
 21 When the Angel of the Lord appeared no more to
Manoah and his wife, then Manoah knew that He was the
Angel of the Lord.
 22 And Manoah said to his wife, “We shall surely die,
because we have seen God!”
 23 But his wife said to him, “If the Lord had desired to kill
us, He would not have accepted a burnt offering and a
grain offering from our hands, nor would He have shown
us all these things, nor would He have told us such things
as these at this time.”

11. 1) The promise of God
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom
the Father will send in My name, He
will teach you all things, and bring to
your remembrance all things that I
said to you. [John 14:26]

12. 2）Identity of Son of God
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God,
these are sons of God. [Romans 8:14 ]
My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and
they follow Me. [John 10:27 ]

13. 3) Relationship with Holy Spirit
4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of
itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you
abide in Me.
5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and
I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. 6 If
anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is
withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire,
and they are burned. 7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in
you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for
you. 8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so
you will be My disciples. [John 15:4-6]

14. 4) Holy Spirit is our teacher
But the anointing which you have
received from Him abides in you, and you
do not need that anyone teach you; but
as the same anointing teaches you
concerning all things, and is true, and is
not a lie, and just as it has taught you,
you will abide in Him. [ I John 2:27 ]

15. 5) The power of prayer in tongue
 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our
weaknesses. For we do not know what we
should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit
Himself makes intercession for us with
groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He
who searches the hearts knows what the mind
of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession
for the saints according to the will of God.
[Romans 8:26-27]

 Most important is that you connect to Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit
is our boss. We are HIS vessel.

 But we welcome long reports if you feel led to share long
reports. There is no hard and fast rule on the report format.

21. Intimacy with the Holy Spirit

22. 1) Time Requirement
 During the 7 days journey with the Holy Spirit,
wake up two and a half hours earlier. (If you
need to prepare breakfast or go to work at 8
o'clock in the morning, wake up at 5.30am,
and so on)
 Note: even though morning is recommended, you
can also choose to do during your free time in
afternoon/evening/night rather than morning.

23. 2) Quiet place
After washing up (brush teeth, wash face)
find a quiet place.
Do not disturb others or be disturbed by
others

24. 3) spend 2 hours consecutively
praying in the Spirit
recommended for continuous 2 Hours
alone,
followed by 15 mins wait on God alone,
then Holy communion with God alone.

25. 4) Prepare a
notebook
and a pen.

26. 5) Turn on the phone's timer
 Set the timer to 2 hours and label it as
“Speaking in tongues”

27. 6) Wait upon the Lord
After praying for 2 hours of tongues,
wait quietly upon the Lord for 10-15
minutes.
If you receive any word/revelation
from God, write it in the notebook.

28. 7) Journaling
 During the journey, write in the notebook your
thoughts, feeling, vision, experiences or
physical manifestation such as burping or
vomiting. Do include the date and time.
(Example: Burping # 01:34: 40; Scripture:
Matthew 28: 18-20 #01: 1: 50)

30. Journal #1
 Day 1, 8 July 2020, 5am
I want to share that by doing the homework , I also have a spiritual breakthrough. It
has to do with submission and obedience. And strangely, before starting, there is
resistance to even start, feeling like it is so much work or feel need lots of effort. But
once I started typing, the Holy Spirit equip and help, and I have joy when
completing.
This is running the race set before you - don’t give up halfway 加油!加油。 But you
have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem,
to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the
firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just
men made perfect, to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of
sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel. (Hebrews 12:22-24)

31. Journal #2
 Day 2, 9 July 2020, 4am
Last night during the testimony session the anointing was
very thick but my heart was troubled and downcast. I really
impressed by all the testimonies. Around 1am suddenly i
was awaken and automatically speak in tongues. Then
within seconds my spiritual eyes were opened up and i saw
two visions. After that i was groaning and cried out "Please
help my wife"(new age extremist that spends 6 hours++
meditation per day). Thank Lord for the breakthrough that
I'm able to receive the visions again.

32. Journal #3
 Day 3, 9 July 2020, 5am
I was awaken around 5.30 am and started praying in tongues after
confession of sin. Thoughts of forgiveness for loved ones who had
hurt me with words and let go of those unhappy feeling. T hen felt
so loved by Lord Jesus and declaring love for God. Then had passed
flatus 3x .Also felt grief as Holy Spirit revealed my speaking in
tongue journey is not constant due to my poor discipline. Quiet for
about 10 mins received something personal not convenient to
share. Straight went to Prayer Altar around 7.25 am. Joined Holy
Communion @ Prayer Altar as lead by Ps Jason. PTL able to
complete the 7 days journey.

33. 8) Holy Communion (Prepare the
elements: bread and juice)
Pray the following prayers:
a) Use Ephesians 1: 17-23 & 3: 14-21 as a personal prayer. Change the third person to
first person, from "you" to "me".
b) Recite the Lord's Prayer in Matthew 6: 9-13
c) Confess your sins to God and repent. When confession was made, do invite the Holy
Spirit to shine into the area of darkness, seek for His mercy and help.
d) Forgive everyone who has hurt you.
e) Give full submission of your spirit, soul, body, thoughts, emotions, desires, and will to
the Lord.
f) Thank Heavenly Father for His love, for the work of Jesus' Christ on the cross, and the
guidance of the Holy Spirit. Be thankful to God for His guidance.
g) Partake the Holy Communion

34. Holy Communion
Note: 15min wait on God and Holy
communion is done ALONE.
You can do the 30min another time (no need
to be continuous after the 2 hours of praying
in spirit), if under time constraint.
But MUST be done within the same day.

35. 9) Slowly sort out the experience
recorded in the journal
 Examine the source of the thoughts: God, self
or devil.
 Examine how to improve your relationship
with God from the different thoughts. Talk to
God about it, and hand over your weaknesses
to Him.
 Remember, this is your walk of relationship
with Him.

36. 10) Encourage each other in the group
by sharing experiences
 Encourage each other in the group by sharing
experiences that are encouraging and uplifting. For
example: scriptures, revelations, promises, et cetera.
 Only share your own experience. Do not criticise,
boast, being arrogant, self-indulgences or take the
glory from God. Acknowledge that our Lord is the
greatest, and all is for His Kingdom establishment.

37. Agreement to adhere to the P&C:
1) I will follow the instructions and cooperate with
the Helper. I will not give up without completing the
journey with the Holy Spirit least it affects another
person.
2) I will only keep the daily reports of the journey
within this WhatsApp group.
3) I will not forward any material from this group nor
distribute any unrelated information into this group.

38. Note:
• This is your personal journey with the Holy Spirit; thus
it is to be carried out alone.
• Prepare a box of tissues and plastic bags in case of
throwing out or vomiting.
• Within the 2 hours of prayer, either sit upright or
kneel. Do not lie down to avoid fallen asleep.
Throughout the journey, be mindful not to be
distracted by other happenings.
• Persevere throughout. Do not fall to the weakness
of your flesh. Crucify the old man. Alive unto God

39. Note:
 When you experience the physical manifestation
of vomiting, any thoughts that is not pleasing to
God, commit it unto God with prayer "I
command all evil spirits to leave in the name
of the Lord Jesus,"
 Example: spirit of filthy, spirit of rejection, spirit of
fear being rejected, spirit of pride, spirit of
rebellion, spirit of adultery, spirit of idolatry,
(name the idols you worshipped previously), spirit
of religion, spirit of lying and et cetera.

40. Note:
After that, call upon the power of the
Holy Spirit to fill your spirit, soul and
body and all parts that are empty.
Open your mouth wide and breathe in to
let the Holy Spirit enter thus releasing the
love, joy, healing, and peace of God.
