This document provides a comprehensive review of 3D printed geopolymer composites. It discusses the advantages of geopolymer materials compared to traditional cement, the performance requirements for 3D printed geopolymers in construction, mix design concepts, and the mechanical and rheological properties of 3D printed geopolymer composites. The review also examines applications and development directions, as well as future challenges. The significance of the study is that it gives an overview of current research on 3D printed geopolymers and identifies gaps to encourage further work on developing these materials for more sustainable building infrastructure.
