This is the perfect moment to capitalize my Real Estate Company. I
reach a point on my story where I can invest any amount in Real Estate
market, generating 200-300% profit rate within 2 years or less !

experience in Real Estate investment/development and teens of made

within 2 years after acquisition.

but only in big scale Hotels, not on Luxury Boutique Hotel
Style, organized as a Chain.
We would sell our Boutique Hotel Rooms on
“Timesharing” or “Fractional Ownership”. There is
only very few and individual who do this for
Luxury Boutique Hotel Sector.
We want to offer to the market a “package” of 6-
10 weeks for LIFETIME, each week in a different
location of Europe! We will be unique with this
offer. FREE shuttle transport between location for
our customers. We can act as a “Private Club
Members”

We usually buy/develop/renovate with 1 USD and sell with 3

Total sales - nearly 1M USD in Romania (equivalent of 10M
in USA) up to 200 plus customers.
From 1.000 visitors we have 500-700 follower and 10 sales.
