would undertake the reselling task (no fee), setting the price at € 20,000,000.

of customer, and then launches an advertising campaign which promotes the
high-level customization of the units and offers total assistance with the works.

The reselling and double profit
The Investor resells the property bit by bit, as customers come forward,
and makes the first profit. PLAN sells the renovations to the customers
and shares the additional profit fifty-fifty with the investor.
This way the investor avoids liability and the costs of restoration.
The costs are borne by PLAN.

every shape, every style.
The satisfaction of every desire is the guarantee of quick sales.

Bit by bit, as customers come forward, the investor resells parts of the
property in an ‘as is’ condition.
At the end he will gain a first profit of € 4,000,000. (see example
page 15).
The customers then outsource to PLAN the renovation of the units,
which will begin after purchase.
For example, PLAN closes deals of renovation with all buyers for
€ 10,000,000, it incurs costs of € 5,000,000 (PLAN selects high level
general contractors), Thus it gets a profit of € 5,000,000 and shares
this with the investor, giving the latter an extra profit of € 2,500,000.
