micro-segments of the Spanish RE market, acquired through more than 25 years of

Optimiza AM offers a complete service to institutional investors from identifying and
upraising the assets, through negotiating with Banks or Sareb and coordinating due
diligence processes, to the management of the portfolios after acquisition, Real Estate or
credit, including development of land and sales of finished product.
From 2012 Optimiza AM has consult for international institutional investors on their
operations in Spain, including top tier publicly generated deals by Sareb like KAPLAN or
Teide.
Nevertheless, Optimiza AM main strength is to identify opportunities for bilateral deals
outside the market as a result of our tight links to developers a Banks.
We have worked on deals for an aggregated value over €500 M and we currently manage
a portfolio of 150 Real Estate assets.
