The Star Foundation wish list includes: 1) finding a guarantor for a temple to serve as a permanent home for youth programs, 2) obtaining a line of credit to purchase supplies and equipment and hire professionals, and 3) furnishing the new facility with items like computers, furniture, and recreational equipment to support summer camps and students.

STAR FOUNDATION WISH LIST
• Guarantor for Zafa Temple #176 (Site Location) which will provide the Star Foundation with a permanent
home to provide youth and community services.
• LINE OF CREDIT NEEDED for the Star Foundation which will enable us to obtain the necessary supplies
and equipment. This will enable us to obtain the professional services needed from consultants.
• Services provided to the Foundation by following professionals:
 Accountant
 Attorney
 Bookkeeper
 Marketing/Advertising
 Grantwriter
• Once a permanent home as been obtained, the Foundation will need the furniture, supplies and materials
for our summer camp and year around students to utilize the facility. This includes, but is not limited to:
 Seed money to cover expenses for fiscal year 2009-2010
 Furniture for classes, office and conference rooms
 Wiring for Phone and Cable service
 Wireless router for the computer lab
 Computers and laptops for the computer lab, and staff offices
 Printers, copiers, postage meter and fax machine with wireless capability
 Educational software, reference books and materials, workbooks to assist teachers with lesson
preparation
 Audio-Visual equipment including projection, screen and speaker system for workshop and seminars
 Intercom /paging system with radios for staff
 Security system for the Foundation’s part of the building
 First-aid equipment, including first-aid kits, fire extinguishers and/or a sprinkler system
 Recreational equipment, toys, games, and arts & crafts supplies
 2 -15 passenger vans for transporting participants to Foundation sponsored events and field trips
 Signage for the front of the facility and vans
 Advertising and marketing package for the Foundation
 Upgrade to our website
All proceeds go to benefit the Star Foundation’s Youth and Mentoring Programs
