Charles Dorrance – Founder/President
Dorrance began racing in 2009 as a navigator with
legendary Baja 1000 winner Jay Reichert. He then
founded and became President and driver of R&D
Motorsports with Reichert in 2012.
Dorrance is currently ranked 10th as a professional Trophy
Truck driver through the first half of the 2017 season. He
is also President of Sportman’s Finest a leading outdoor
gear store in Austin, TX.
Chief Operating Officer
Brian Eagan - Founder
A serial entrepreneur who has built and sold
profitable companies since 1992. His career spans
25 years in Los Angeles, running day-to-day
operations and managing hundreds of employees.
He is responsible for the infrastructure build-out,
endorsements and advertising revenue of the 3
Bears Racing venture, including strategic planning
and investor relations.

Chief Engineer
Mike Lucey
A recognized master of vehicle fabrication in off road racing,
Lucey was the lead fabricator at Baldwin Motorsports where
he worked with elite ‘Monster Energy’ racer BJ Baldwin who
was a two time Baja 1000 winner and Bryce Menzies, multi-
year winner of the Baja 500.
He spent seven years at JIMCO manufacturing, one of the
leaders in off-road manufacturing. Also the team manager for
the Nitro Circus trophy truck team for two years, Lucey knows
all the ins and outs of team racing and what it takes to win
races. He may look a little rough but he knows his sh*t.
Navigator
Dylan Herman
Born with a passion to race and the desert in his soul, Herman
has contributed to the success of numerous types of race
teams including sprint cars, modifieds, buggys and trophy
trucks. A talented navigator, his love for desert racing inspires
him to work hard in the shop and on the track, developing
himself into an outstanding competitor on every level. He and
Dorrance have raced together in the Mint 400, San Felipe 250
and Baja 500.
