Change or development within a Student Body is caused by action (whether positive or negative). If the designated leaders of a community choose not to act, someone else will. It is important to recognize that the actions of individuals or organizations within the Student Body affect the development (change process) occurring within the Student Body.

Developing Leaders at all levels through Purpose driven coachingJoseph Abraham
Organizations often state that they want to strengthen their leadership pipeline, yet research shows that corporate leadership capabilities are dropping. These days, every organization is competing with everyone, from everywhere for everything - a new global reality! Researchers at Boston Consulting Group have identified the need to build leaders at all levels in an organization as one of the main challenges to be successful in the modern 'flat' world. To be successful in the turbulent decade that lies ahead leaders – and all the people they lead – need to learn to deal with complexity, uncertainty and constant change
In today’s work and organizational context one of the key qualities that helps leaders succeed and develop more leaders is the ability to coach, this workshop aims to help understand the essence of coaching and the effective tools one can practically employ at workplace both with individuals and teams that can make your coaching interventions more meaningful and powerful.
Your people have an innate desire to succeed and perform to their best and sometimes with the mind blocks and blind-spots they feel they’ve come to cross-roads or stumbled upon a huge roadblock and as a leader and you too want to see them thrive, succeed and grow, now with coaching you can help them accomplish their goals as Coaching is all about the person at the other end of the conversation, making this conversation powerful, engaging, lively, trust-driven and worthwhile is the key, and that’s what we’ll discover through this presentation.
In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

Editor's Notes
1. In this topic, we will compare the different definitions of coaching, study the differences between coaching and similar studies, and study the key points of coaching. In Heavenly Parent’s Holy Community, coaching is organized as a part of Give & Take Leadership. In English, we will call it GT Leadership. This is an acronym for Give and Take Leadership, which is defined as GT Leadership. A person who has completed the GT leadership becomes a Cheonbo Coach, the symbol of Cheonbo.
2. The worldwide organization, International Coaching Federation (ICF), defines coaching as follows:
“The ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” It's very humancentric. And it defines: “Coaching honors the client as the expert in his/her life and work, and believes that every client is creative, resourceful, and whole.”
(The ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.) (Coaching honors the client as the expert in his/her life and work and believes that every client is creative, resourceful, and whole.)
3.
Coaching defined by the Korea Coach Association is as follows:
‘Coaching is a conversational process between a coach and a client that helps clients find their own way to solutions to life’s problems and enhances execution.’
As we have seen so far, the different definitions of coaching are not the same, but various definitions can be made depending on the coaching philosophy.
4.
Hidetake Enomodo, the author of “Magic Coaching”, is a Japanese person who first introduced coaching to Asia. His coaching philosophy can be divided into three categories. First) a person has infinite possibilities. Second) the necessary answer lies within oneself. Third) you need a coach to help coax out an answer. This is known as a general and universal coaching philosophy.
5. General coaching philosophies for example, the coaching philosophy of the Korea Coach Association, starts with the proposition that ‘everyone is creative and has a desire to pursue perfection’. In other words, it assumes that every individual has the power to solve their inner problems. It is based on humanistic philosophy. On the other hand, the core of Well*Coaching, which fosters the GT leadership of the Cheon Bo Leader School (CLS), focuses on the original mind of a person. There is a sacred and amazing power within a person that is difficult to feel on a daily basis. This power can be called divinity, original mind, and Heavenly Parent. CLS Well Coaching helps to expand the influence of the original mind within people.
Therefore, CLS Well Coaching is also called “Original Mind Coaching”. That is why GT leadership is coaching leadership with care and love. For this reason, in order for you to learn Well Coaching deeply, I recommend that you ask yourself a question, 'Who am I?’ and write down 360 answers.
6.
There is a difference between Well Coaching and general coaching. General coaching presupposes humanistic thinking, and Well Coaching presupposes God and human centred thinking. In general coaching, humans have the power to do everything on their own. So, it explains that with the help of a coach, everything can be accomplished.
However, Well Coaching believes that within a person, there is not only humanity, but divinity and humanity. Well Coaching forms a give-and-take relationship of true love in which the divine and the human in oneself, having good give and take, leads to achieving ones’ desired goals. In other words, it is characterized by the expansion of Heavenly GT Leadership between coaches and clients, centering on Heavenly Parent.
Heavenly GT Leadership in relation to people: is the ability to help people go on the path that Heavenly Parent wants them to go. That is the biggest difference between the GT Coaching and general coaching. GT Coaching guides us to clearly understand that what I want is also what my original mind wants.
7. In addition, the CLS Well Coaching course utilizes a coaching dialogue method, not a general dialogue method. In a normal conversation, you speak egocentrically, according to your habits or whatever you want. However, in coaching conversations, we follow a conversational process that is grounded in our coaching philosophy. It also requires listening, asking questions and giving feedback at a professional level.
A GT coach can guide a client who isn’t able to look inside themselves, and help the client develop the power to control the environment and gain confidence. In other words, an inner victory appears as an outer victory, allowing clients to regain lost happiness.
8.
8. In conclusion, the philosophy of GT leadership, which is the core of Cheonbo Leader School 3, proposed by the Cheonbo Education Center, is “a dialogue process that helps a human’s original mind have good give-and-take action with Heavenly Parent’s heavenly heart.” Humans are unhappy because they do not live according to their original mind, but live instead according to the direction of their evil mind. It is also unfortunate that we ourselves do not know who we are. So I give you an assignment of writing down 360 answers to the question “Who am I?” before completing this course.
9.
When it comes to coaching, there are many similar studies, such as counselling.
Unlike coaching, counselling is therapy and healing for people who are not psychologically well. Through counselling, the client finds the cause of the problem in the past, and the counsellor provides the answer. However, coaching allows the person being coached to solve problems on their own and focus on the future rather than the past. In other words, those who receive coaching focus on planning and executing for the future, rather than being treated through coaching. In other words, the difference between coaching and counselling is that coaching focuses on solving problems by empowering others.
10.
Another similar study, consulting, is where a consultant diagnoses a problem and suggests a solution. In other words, consulting is one-sided and tries to solve problems in a problem-focused manner. However, coaching is two-way and not problem-centered. It is person-centred and finds the person-centered solution.
11.
Next, in mentoring, the relationship between the mentor and the mentee is vertical. Since the mentor shares experiences with the mentee, such as his or her life experiences and corporate experiences, personal intervention takes place at a deep level. However, in coaching, the relationship between the coach and the person being coached is horizontal. Unlike mentoring, coaching takes a horizontal position and helps those being coached to solve problems on their own and develop their skills and creativity.
All these other studies, like: mentoring, consulting, and counselling, are similar to coaching in that they use a coaching style.
12.
Teaching is literally the study of teaching, like a teacher or professor teaches students. And the word ‘training’ comes from the etymology of ‘train’. Just like you go to the next station with your companion by train, in training, your trainer accompanies you.
Unlike teaching or training, coaching has two ways to get to your goal. One is going as an individual, the other is going together as a group. If you go as a group rather than an individual, you can receive coaching as a group. Unlike other similar studies, one great feature of coaching is that you can work individually or in groups.
