but luckily you can do it in the comfort of
your own home, without the fear of
embarrassing yourself.
• Visualizing yourself as being an open and
charming person can also help you manifest
the situations that will bring out the best in
you, proving you right and further
strengthening your confidence.

(Cambridge Dictionary)
POSITIVE

agreement, or permission
• constructive, optimistic, or confident
• showing progress or improvement
(Oxford Dictionary)
• A simple definition of positive affirmation
states
"An affirmation is a form of autosuggestion in
which a statement of a desirable intention or
condition of the world or the mind is
deliberately meditated on and repeated in
order to implant it in the mind".
A technique used to program the
subconscious mind to effect change by
repeating (or meditating on) a key
phrase to bring about the desired
outcome.
When you want to give up:
 I cannot give up until I have tried every
conceivable way.
 Giving up is easy and always an option so let
us delay it for another day.
 It is always too early to give up, so let me give
it some more.
 I must know what awaits me at the end of this
rope so I do not give up.
When you feel you are not good enough no matter
how hard you try:
I am more than good enough and I get better
every day.
I see the perfection in all my flaws and all my
genius.
I fully approve of who I am, even as I get better.
I judge myself to be both good and great at all
times of day and night.
When you come face to face with a problem:
I am safe and sound.
Everything is going to work out for my highest
good.
I have the smarts and the ability to get through
this.
Every problem has a solution, and I seek my
solution with resolve.
