This document outlines the agenda for a seminar on reproductive health, rights, and abortion. The seminar objectives are to 1) discuss abortion and contraceptive services, 2) address misconceptions about abortion legality and ethics, and 3) advocate for increased women's access to abortion and contraception. The agenda includes sessions on contraception and abortion as reproductive rights issues, the legal status of abortion, and models for women-centered abortion services. It will feature panels on challenges in public and private abortion provision and ministry of health policies. The seminar aims to discuss how to increase access to abortion and contraception in Kelantan.

SEMINAR OBJECTIVES
1. To discuss issues and challenges of abortion and contraceptive services
for doctors and nurses within reproductive health services in both public
and private health care settings including the latest abortion medical
technology.
2. To address misconceptions on the legality of abortion as well as ethical
concerns.
3. To advocate for increased access of women to abortion and contraceptive
services to better meet women’s needs and fulfill Malaysia’s policy
agreements to reproductive rights and women’s rights.
