This document is a chapter from the book "Take Charge of Your Financial Destiny" by Jerry Savelle. The chapter discusses protecting your seed, which refers to money or resources intended for sowing or investing. It describes how Satan tries to consume people's seed through unexpected expenses or convincing them they can't afford to give. It highlights the story of Abram driving away birds that tried to consume his sacrifice before he could present it to God. The chapter teaches that seed is meant for sowing, not consuming, and that sowing seed determines your future through the law of sowing and reaping.
This document is a summary of chapter 1 from Jerry Savelle's book "Walking in Divine Favor". It discusses how we are all somebody special to God, having been crowned with glory and honor. It aims to build self-esteem by revealing our high value and favor in God's sight, despite any past failures or mistakes. We are loved objects of God's affection, and with this revelation, we can expect to walk in continual victory.
The Holy Spirit uses the Word of God as the instrument for change in people's lives. The Bible provides hope for change, imparts the keys to change, and provides examples of people who succeeded in changing, such as Saul who became Paul. With the Word of God, circumstances, finances, physical conditions, and lives can all change, as it corrects one's focus and provides portraits of hope for when change is needed in others. The Word shows how persistence in faith can lead to change, as with the woman with an issue of blood.
“Being used by God
is not confined to pastors, preachers or teachers. Anybody can be an instrument
in God's hands.”
God can use anybody, believer or nonbeliever.

The chapter discusses protecting your seed, which refers to money or resources intended for sowing or investing. It describes how Satan tries to consume people's seed through unexpected expenses or convincing them they can't afford to give. It explains that seed is meant for sowing, not consuming, and provides the example of Abram driving away birds that tried to eat his sacrifice before he could present it to God. The chapter emphasizes that sowing seed, such as tithing, links a person to God's blessings and prevents the devil from stopping their prosperity.
This document provides a 3-paragraph summary of the key ideas from a book about developing an unbeatable spirit of faith. It explains that no matter the difficulties one faces, God can turn the situation around through faith. It emphasizes believing God's word even when circumstances seem impossible. It encourages focusing on God's promises rather than one's own problems, and consistently speaking words of faith in line with scripture. The goal is to cultivate faith like Abraham's that calls things that are not as though they were and sees God's power at work.
The document discusses Jesus' teachings about the dangers of wealth and materialism, citing stories of the rich young ruler and the rich fool to illustrate how money can become an idol that distracts from God. It also provides characteristics of millionaires, noting that true wealth is created through spending less than one earns and investing the difference over the long run rather than pursuing quick riches.
Spiritual growth is detailed in 2 Peter 1:3-8, "His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

The document discusses the keys of prayer, faith, and obedience in hearing God's voice. It states that through regular prayer and developing a personal relationship with God, one can hear His voice in thoughts of encouragement. Having faith in God without proof is also important. Obedience to God by following His commands makes it easier to believe and trust Him. The document provides five ways to practice hearing God's voice: setting aside daily quiet time, being still, not demanding answers from God, expecting to hear from Him, and being aware of messages from angels.
The document summarizes the key points from Ephesians 6:10-18 about standing firm in spiritual warfare. It emphasizes that Christians must know their strength comes from God, feel the need to be equipped with God's armor each day, and take action by putting on the full armor of God, which includes truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and God's word. Taking on the full armor enables believers to withstand attacks from the devil and remain standing in their faith.
This document discusses strategies for urban evangelism and the role of medical missionary work. It provides 3 key points:
1. Medical missionary work is an essential part of gospel ministry that involves healing, preaching, and helping the poor and oppressed. Every church should engage in training members in medical missionary work and health reform.
2. Reaching cities requires organized teams of trained workers using various approaches tailored to different groups. Methods may change over time under God's guidance.
3. The gospel spreads most effectively through social networks as believers share their faith with friends, families, and communities through both words and acts of service. Viral spread through online tools can also help the message increase rapidly.

It recommends 1) not being afraid and stopping worrying, 2) standing firm and not running away from problems, and 3) trusting that God will provide deliverance and changing one's perspective to focus on God's word instead of sources of fear.
The document discusses the negative effects of being in debt bondage, including pain, curse, and allowing the spirit of debt to take control of one's life. It describes how the spirit of debt blinds, deafens, chokes, and binds those in its grip, hindering their ability to hear from God and move forward financially. The key is to understand how debt works as an enemy before beginning to battle getting out of it supernaturally through faith and God's provision.
The document discusses the goodness of God through three main points. First, God is inherently and absolutely good based on passages from Psalms. Second, God's goodness is shown in his creation and dealings with people by helping those in need according to Psalm 107. Third, Christians should express God's goodness to others through good works, as Jesus, Barnabas, and Dorcas did by helping the poor and less fortunate. The overall message is that God is good and Christians should show this goodness to all people through their deeds.
The document discusses how storms in life can help people grow spiritually. It notes that biblical figures like Job only truly learned about God after enduring hardships. While following Jesus does not prevent storms, he promises to be with believers during difficulties. Storms reveal people's true character and test their faith, helping them discover inner strength.

Worship plays an important role in defeating poverty according to the author. Satan uses deception to keep believers from understanding how worship can change their lives and relationship with God. The author discusses how Satan imprisons people in poverty through making them feel unworthy, desiring money's power, and blinding those with wealth. True worship combats these deceptions by defeating the flesh and neutralizing its pull towards greed and selfishness. The author encourages learning to worship God consistently in order to prosper one's soul and remain loyal to God even when blessed with wealth or prosperity.

This document provides an introduction to reaping harvests based on biblical principles. It begins by noting that while the harvest is plentiful, laborers are few. The missing link for many believers is reaping - calling in the harvest after sowing seed. Reaping is not automatic; believers must be intentional about harvesting what they have sown through their seeds of faith, prayers, and finances. The goal of this teaching is for believers to "get real good at reaping" and prosper like the Israelites as they sowed, planted, and reaped bountiful harvests according to God's promise.

Not long ago, I was in Dallas holding aseminar. My daughter, Zona, was with me,helping with the book and tape sales. Zonaowns two exercise studios and had a financialneed for $3,000. She told me about it, but Ididn't respond. I've taught her for years totrust God. Sometimes the pressure of asituation will nag at you so strongly that youwill bypass God and look to a person—especially one who has what you need. That night, Zona had a night vision—avision that occurs when you are asleep. God speaks to your spirit and shows you what youneed to see. It's from God—not from the pizzayou ate earlier! The next morning, she told me about thedream she received, saying, "Daddy, Daddy, Idon't like it!" She said, "I dreamed I was aninstructor in an exercise place.""Well," I said, "that's what you are.""But, Daddy, I was just an instructor in theexercise place and not the owner."She continued to describe the dream. In it,there was a man who owned the place.Because Zona needed financial help, she askedher boss for more money. He refused and heaped abuse on her. The dream had greatlyupset her. She didn't understand the truth thatGod was trying to reveal to her in this dream, but I immediately did.I said, "Zona, Zona. That dream was for you.God was showing you what happens whenyou prostitute your faith. I've told you foryears what to do, but you flounder around andlook to man for help, and God doesn't like it.Why don't you change?"You might say, "That seems very harsh,Brother Norvel.' But, in these last days, God isrevealing the truth so we won't have tostumble around in darkness for the rest of ourlives. Yes, when I said that, it was harsh.Sometimes the truth can be offensive. But if welisten and apply it, it will always set us free.Meanwhile, Zona sat in a chair mumblingtearfully, "Oh, Daddy, oh, Daddy." I said to her, "Zona, honey, little darling, Jesus lovesyou! Why don't you start thanking Jesus for what you want and Jesus will give it to you.
Youcan be free from your prostitute faith.Don't go to man. God says, 'Forget not togive God thanks in everything.' Why don't youdo it?"Crying, she said, "Okay, Daddy, I will, Iwill.'After this conversation on Saturdaymorning, we both began thanking Jesus forhelping her. Later, she went to work behindthe tape and book table during the seminar.Soon, a person walked up and said, "Zona,God has been dealing with me for two days. Here's a check the Lord told me to give you."She looked at the check—
four thousand dollars!
- The document is a chapter from a book that argues Christians should trust their spiritual leaders, including with financial matters, rather than believing the idea that "all preachers want is your money."
- It provides examples to show how that idea is a deception promoted by Satan to prevent Christians from receiving God's blessings, including financial prosperity, which the Bible says comes from believing and supporting spiritual leaders.
- It encourages evaluating leaders based on their character and calling rather than blanket assumptions, and trusting God's promises about generosity and sowing and reaping more than worldly doubts.
This document is an excerpt from Kenneth Copeland's book "Prosperity: The Choice Is Yours" which discusses the concept of prosperity from a biblical perspective. In the excerpt, Copeland argues that the gospel message includes prosperity, not just salvation, and that God desires his followers to prosper financially. He cites several bible passages to support this, including Jesus' message in Luke 4 about preaching the gospel to the poor. Copeland asserts that true prosperity comes from walking in truth and God's word, as the apostle John discusses in 3 John 2-4. The source of prosperity, according to Copeland, is living in obedience to biblical principles.
This document is an excerpt from the book "Fruits of Righteousness" by Jerry Savelle. In this excerpt, Savelle discusses the concept of righteousness and how believers can walk in righteousness based on their new identity in Christ. He explains that through Jesus' sacrifice, believers have received the free gift of righteousness and are no longer defined by their past sins but are made righteous. Savelle encourages developing a consciousness of one's righteous standing before God based on faith in God's word rather than feelings or outward appearance. The goal is for believers to produce the same fruits of righteousness that Jesus demonstrated through abiding in him.
This document is an excerpt from a book about prosperity and financial increase from God. It discusses how God's plan is for believers to prosper according to Jeremiah 29:11. It argues that prosperity, like healing, is part of the redemption package that Christ purchased. The missing ingredient for many believers experiencing lack of money is a lack of faith that prosperity is God's will. One's destiny as a believer is prosperity, as God has predetermined and assigned increase. God gives power to get wealth in order to establish His covenant/contract with believers.
First Action, Then Manifestation
You have to have action, and then you get the manifestation. I just walked back over there as if I had all kinds of power, and started praying for them again. I had to fight devils with that bunch, though. They were all messed up in their minds.
I'm telling you, where demons and devils take over places, you have to watch yourself. They will do anything they can to you. Devils will pull every trick in the book to get to you. You can't trust any of them.Remember, Jesus said,Oh, faithless generation, how long shall I be with you, how long shall I suffer you? Bring him to me.
And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.
And he [Jesus] asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him." And he said, Of a child.
And ofttimes it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if thou canst do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us.
And Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.
Mark 9:19-23
This document provides information about the book "The Mind of Christ" by David Alsobrook. It discusses how Adam had a perfect memory and unlimited imagination before the Fall, as evidenced by his ability to name all the animals. It argues that Christians can have the same powerful mind that Jesus and Adam possessed through receiving the mind of Christ. The document examines how forgetfulness came as a result of the curse, and encourages readers to consider the provisions made available to restore people's minds and ability to remember scripture.
This document is an excerpt from a book titled "We Can Take This City!" by Jerry Savelle. It encourages Christians to catch the vision that God wants them to reach entire cities and nations with the gospel. It discusses how Jesus saw people with compassion and wants believers to see people the same way. It urges readers to leave their comfort zones and use their faith to impact cities, as Jesus did. The overall message is that with unity and by focusing their efforts, prayers, and faith, Christians can bring entire communities to righteousness quickly as Jesus' assignment must be done urgently before his return.
This document provides an introduction to a book about three supernatural visitations the author received from God over the course of his ministry career. In each visitation, God gave the author keys and instructions to teach God's people how to overcome financial issues like famine, survive in survival mode, and overcome financial attacks. Each time the visitations were unexpected and caught the author off guard. After receiving revelation from God, the author was told to teach what he learned to others, which he did to great effect, seeing financial miracles and breakthroughs. The book will share in detail what the author received from God in each of the three visitations.
This document is an excerpt from the book "How to Overcome Financial Famine" by Jerry Savelle. It discusses how God wants to bless his people financially but they must be obedient to his word. It provides examples from the Bible of people like Abraham who were blessed because they followed God, and others like Lot and Jacob who experienced bondage due to disobedience. The document encourages reading God's word as the final authority, and trusting that God can supernaturally intervene to deliver people from financial hardship through the power of his spoken word.
This document provides an overview of biblical prophecies throughout history from Genesis to eternity. It includes a timeline listing important biblical events alongside the corresponding prophecies. It also includes summaries of the books of Daniel and Hosea.
HEALING SCRIPTURES will be useful for those interested in learning how to pray effectively for a healing. The seventy-two pages of the book are filled with healing scriptures organized around five themes. The last chapter contains an example of a woman healed of tuberculosis while relying solely on God's Word. Hagin writes with clarity and above all he keeps his main message simple: God's Word can bring health to you as stated in Proverbs 4.
This document discusses living in divine prosperity through commitment to God over the world. It argues that many Christians try to live by both God's and the world's systems, but this does not work as you cannot serve two masters. The world is suffering financially but God has a higher way for his people above the struggles of the world. To receive God's blessings of prosperity, one must fully commit to God and his word over listening to the ways of the world. God wants his people to be free from financial bondage and hardship.
Dream Big Talk Big & Turn Ur faith Loose Kenneth CopelandKaturi Susmitha
This document provides information about a book titled "Dream Big, Talk Big, and Turn Your Faith Loose" published by Kenneth Copeland Ministries. It contains copyright information and discusses living by faith in God's word rather than waiting for miracles. The main points made are that God intends for people to live supernaturally by faith in every word from His mouth rather than relying on miracles, visions, or dreams. Having faith in the written word of God is described as a "more sure word" than signs and wonders.
This document is a chapter from the book "Prosperity of the Soul" by Jerry Savelle. The chapter discusses how Jesus' sacrifice on the cross paid the price not just for salvation from sin but also for healing, prosperity, and blessing in every area of life. It argues that God desires believers to prosper physically, financially, and materially just as much as He desires them to be saved spiritually. The chapter aims to show that prosperity is God's will according to scriptures like 3 John 2, and that Jesus' atoning work provides for prosperity in all aspects of life, not just salvation from hell.
1. Angels have been depicted and believed in for centuries by many religions and cultures, though ideas about their nature have varied.
2. The Bible frequently mentions angels as God's heavenly messengers or servants, indicating they are real spiritual beings.
3. The author has received visions and revelations from God about angels and their work, convincing her that angels do exist and are active in people's lives today.
This document is a summary of Jerry Savelle's book "Don't Let Go of Your Dreams". The book encourages the reader to hold onto the dreams and purposes that God has placed within them, and to pursue them aggressively through spending time with God and being fueled by His word. It warns against letting go of dreams due to obstacles, time, or discouragement from others. The book contains 6 chapters that each explore a theme of maintaining hope and vision in pursuing one's God-given dreams and destiny.
The document provides an overview of spiritual warfare based on the biblical account of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. It summarizes that God commanded Adam and Eve not to eat from the tree of knowledge but the serpent tempted Eve, contradicting God's word. Eve then ate the fruit and gave some to Adam. As a result, their eyes were opened, they felt shame, and hid from God. When God questions them, they blame each other. God then curses the serpent and humanity. The document explains that Adam's sin caused spiritual death for all humanity and discusses how believers now face spiritual warfare and must choose to follow God and the Holy Spirit rather than live according to human desires.
This document outlines five steps to release the Kingdom of God into one's life based on the biblical story of Jesus feeding 5,000 people with five loaves of bread and two fish: [1] Look at what resources you have to offer God, no matter how small. [2] Make sure you are fully in faith by defending your beliefs. [3] Confess God's promises over your situation. [4] Seek God's plan through revelation. [5] Act quickly on God's instructions. The story teaches that through faith and obedience, God can multiply small offerings to meet great needs.
This document provides an introduction to biblical principles of seed sowing and reaping harvest. It explains that our universe was created by God's words and commands, and in order to understand how it works we must consult the creator. It then discusses the power of seed sowing, explaining that sowing is one of the most powerful weapons available to Christians. The document outlines biblical examples of sowing and reaping harvest using increasing amounts over time. It encourages readers to label their seeds, sow daily even in small amounts, and be faithful in order to eventually reap larger harvests in response to their prayers.
This document discusses how to activate the return on your tithe through focusing your thoughts, words, and beliefs when tithing. It encourages the reader to be honest about what they think about when tithing and to write it down. It also discusses how tithing is more than just giving money - it involves speaking words of faith over your gift based on biblical promises. The reader is given examples of what to say when tithing that references scripture. The document lists 7 promises of God to tithes and encourages the reader to meditate on these daily and track any results over 1 year to see the long term impact.
This document provides a summary of a study on Revelation 14 and guarding the home. It discusses the 144,000 mentioned in Revelation 14 as those who have been cleansed from false doctrines and have a pure faith. It emphasizes the need to crucify the flesh and bring thoughts, affections, and passions into subjection to God. Quotes from scripture and the book Adventist Home encourage guarding the heart, controlling thoughts and affections, and allowing the higher powers of the soul to reign over animal propensities. The goal is to develop purity of heart in order to see God and be part of the 144,000.
God often sends his servants through seasons of testing before using them more fully. This passage discusses Peter's upcoming testing, called "sifting", where Satan wanted to shake Peter's faith. It says Jesus prayed for Peter's faith to withstand the sifting. The passage encourages believers currently experiencing trials to cling to God in prayer and allow him to strengthen their faith through the difficulties, as he did for Peter. Sifting seasons are meant to purify believers and align them with God's plans.
1. The document provides summaries and reflections on several Bible characters and stories, including Elijah, Joseph, Gideon, Esther, Jesus, Job, David, and Paul.
2. Key events and lessons are highlighted for each, such as Elijah confronting prophets of Baal and later feeling alone, Joseph's rise and fall and God's greater plan, and Job ultimately recognizing God's sovereignty despite hardships.
3. Reflections note that the Bible presents real people and their emotions, and encourage bringing questions to God with humility, as he understands our struggles.
Dear sisters and brothers,
It is very easy to fall into temptations if we are craving for many things and if we have problems with our identity.

The document contains passages from the Bible discussing why Jesus spoke in parables. The passage from Matthew explains that some could understand the secrets of the kingdom of heaven while others could not. It quotes Isaiah saying some would see but not perceive and hear but not understand. The document also contains songs of praise and testimony about God's favor.
God tests Abraham by commanding him to sacrifice his son Isaac on a mountain. Abraham obeys God and is prepared to kill Isaac before an angel stops him. The document then discusses how this story is not a contradiction to the idea that God does not tempt people, as the word "tempt" can mean to test or to entice evil. It explores various perspectives on why God tests people, such as to strengthen their faith, keep them focused on obeying God rather than becoming satisfied with blessings, and to rely on God rather than earthly things. The testing is meant to benefit people in the end.
Sermon Slide Deck: "The Problem With Work" (Genesis 3:1-19)New City Church
Though the bad news is that sin entered the world, the Good News is that Jesus Christ also entered the world.

The document discusses the biblical account of the Fall in Genesis 3. It analyzes the characters and events described, including the serpent representing Satan, the trees in the garden, and the effects of Adam and Eve's disobedience. The immediate effects were shame, blame, curses involving work and childbirth, and exile from the garden. The Fall introduced sin, death, and the devil into the world and affected all of creation.
1) The story of Adam and Eve eating the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden refers to their act of disobeying God's command not to eat from the Tree of Knowledge.
2) While the Bible does not specify what type of fruit it was, the key element is their disobedience against God's single prohibition. By eating the fruit, they gained knowledge of evil and experienced the consequences of sin.
3) As a result of their sin, Adam and Eve were banished from the garden and humanity inherited a sinful nature, beginning a cycle of separation from God that Jesus came to remedy through his sacrifice.
The document discusses three principles of sowing and reaping from Galatians 6:6-9. Principle one is that God knows what you sow. Principle two states that what you sow is what you will reap. Principle three indicates that if you sow, you will reap a harvest. It provides biblical examples and lessons for each principle, emphasizing that sowing good seeds will result in good harvests while sowing bad seeds will bring corrupted harvests.
Purpose and overcoming hindrances to fulfilling your callOs Hillman
1. The document discusses finding your God-given purpose and the steps to discover why God made you.
2. It suggests the first step is to seek God, then to discover your gifts and aptitudes through self-reflection and circumstances. Character development is also important.
3. Ultimately, your purpose is chosen by God and involves knowing and serving Him through the good works He prepared for you. Discovering your purpose is a progressive process that may involve divine revelation.

The document provides an excerpt from "The Lectures on Faith" discussing Genesis chapters 1 and 2. It describes Adam being placed in the Garden of Eden and given dominion over all things, as well as commandments regarding the trees in the garden. God formed beasts and had Adam name them. The summary is:
1) The excerpt discusses Adam's original situation in the Garden of Eden, including his knowledge, exalted station, and communion with God without a veil.
2) It describes God commanding Adam regarding the trees in the garden, including all but the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
3) Adam is told to name the beasts that God formed, demonstrating Adam's domin

God has a prophetic purpose for praise and worship in the church. Amos prophesied that God would restore the tabernacle of David, which was a place of praise and worship before the ark of the covenant. With every move of God, He has restored different elements of worship and raised up songwriters to bring forth new songs embodying the truths of that movement. Today, God is raising up prophetic songwriters to bring forth "war songs of Zion" to transform the church into the fighting army He has called it to be.

This document provides a prophecy from Dr. Kenneth E. Hagin about an upcoming mighty move of God's Spirit and the emergence of a "new breed" of believers who will rise up strong in faith and do exploits. It also shares a message from Kenneth Copeland about the greatest outpouring of God's Spirit and two key areas of revelation - prosperity and God's love. Copeland feels revealing God's love through every available medium is crucial and received a commission from God to establish a place overwhelmed by love that will bring revival everywhere through radio, television, and resolving conflicts.
This document discusses oppression and how it is a demonic spirit that attempts to trap victims through circumstances like poverty. Oppression leads to dependency on others and can develop from childhood experiences. It causes heaviness in both body and mind. Depression often accompanies oppression, making the victim gloomy and destroying their mind. The document warns that oppression can affect anyone and lists six warning signs of depression, including sleep disturbances, loss of interest in activities, changes in appetite, lack of energy, inability to concentrate, and feelings of worthlessness. It emphasizes that oppression must be overcome through faith in God.
Jonas Clark introduces the topic of spiritual witchcraft and its weapons. He asserts that confusion, emotional manipulation, inattentiveness, and probing the soul are common weapons used by witchcraft to control believers. Clark explains that Jesus has freed us from bondage to witchcraft through his work on the cross. However, many Christians remain ignorant of their rights and freedoms in Christ and remain vulnerable to witchcraft's influence. The key is understanding witchcraft's weapons so one can recognize and defeat its attacks. Chaos, a change in spiritual climate, and a lack of peace are signs that witchcraft may be at work.
Here are the key points about divination from the passage:
- Divination involves fortune-telling through various means like tarot cards, tea leaves, crystal balls, horoscopes, palm reading, etc.
- Both the Old and New Testaments warn against divination and say it leads people away from God by attempting to control future events through spells and evil spirits.
- Divination defiles and separates people from God. The Israelites were warned not to get involved with those who practiced divination.
- In Acts, Paul encounters a slave girl who tells fortunes and is being used by a spirit of divination to earn money for her owners. Paul casts the spirit out of her.
- Paul also encounters a sorcer
This document is the introduction to a book titled "Stolen Property Returned" by John Avanzini. It provides information about the book, including that it has been revised from its original 1984 edition. The introduction gives an overview of the book, stating that it will show Christians how to overcome Satan and make him pay back everything he has stolen through deceptive tactics. It notes that Satan has robbed every person and that Christians often don't realize the full magnitude of what has been stolen from them by the devil. The introduction prepares the reader to learn about how to take back what Satan has stolen using the spiritual application of God's Law of Retribution from the Old Testament.
This document discusses religious lies about prosperity and God's blessing. It asserts that living a life of obedience to God will result in prosperity, as promised in the Bible. However, it warns that prosperity alone does not equate to blessing - one must continue seeking God (the Blesser) and not just the blessings. The story of King Uzziah is discussed, showing that his prosperity did not destroy him, but rather his own arrogance when he stopped seeking God. The document encourages continuing to prioritize one's relationship with God above all blessings.
This document is the introduction to a book written by Jerry Savelle about living a blessed life. It summarizes Jerry Savelle's childhood experiences growing up in a family affected by the Great Depression and his transformation to developing a "blessing mindset" after learning in 1969 that God wants believers to live debt-free and blessed lives every day. It describes how Savelle now teaches his grandchildren the principle of blessing others when they sneeze and the importance of cultivating an expectancy that every day can be a blessing day, especially in challenging times. The introduction sets up the aim of the book to teach readers about appropriating God's blessing in their own lives through understanding its biblical principles.
This document is a chapter from a book titled "Increase God's Way" by Jerry Savelle. The chapter discusses how the author was originally lied to by well-meaning Christians who told him things like God causes sickness and loves poverty. However, after studying the Bible himself, he discovered God's original intent was for people to live blessed lives with health, increase, and success. The chapter argues that financial increase should be expected by Christians as a covenant right, and encourages readers to declare war on any lack or poverty in their lives by standing on their rights in God.
This document is the introduction to a book describing the author's experience seeking God's power through fasting and prayer in a closet. Some key points:
1. The author felt called to ministry but lacked power to perform miracles. He locked himself in a closet, determined to stay until God answered his question about lacking power.
2. After enduring temptation to leave, God's presence filled the closet. The author heard God's voice and was given a list of requirements to meet God's power.
3. The author wrote down the long list as God spoke slowly. He was told that by meeting all the requirements, he would heal the sick and perform greater miracles in ministry.
This document provides an abridged biography of Maria Woodworth-Etter, a 19th century Christian evangelist known for her ministry of signs and wonders. It summarizes her childhood growing up without parents in poverty, her early desire to know God at age 8, and her first attempt to convert at age 13 where she felt deeply moved by Jesus' love but did not fully convert. The introduction provides context on Woodworth-Etter's powerful and influential ministry pre-dating the Pentecostal movement and emphasis on healing, miracles, and spiritual gifts.
The document discusses the benefits of exercise for both physical and mental health. It notes that regular exercise can reduce the risk of diseases like heart disease and diabetes, improve mood, and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. The document recommends that adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise per week to gain these benefits.
This document discusses demons in the church. It begins by noting that many churches are spiritually dying and pastors are afraid to preach difficult truths. This has allowed false teachings to spread. Some denominations are embracing ideas from mystery religions and the occult without realizing it.
The author claims that by obeying just one New Testament commandment, Christians can personally engage in spiritual battle against these false teachings, even without a position of authority. They will stir up opposition from demons influencing churches. However, the document first provides historical and biblical context for how demons have infiltrated the church by deceiving people and leading them away from Scripture. It aims to convince readers that Christians can indeed become demonized if they stray from biblical truth.
This document provides an overview of Bill Subritzky's involvement in deliverance ministry and his views on spiritual warfare. It discusses how he came to focus on deliverance after witnessing transformations in people who received prayer. It also covers biblical teachings on the Holy Spirit dwelling within believers and Satan seeking to defile the temple of God. Additionally, it outlines the spiritual hierarchy of principalities and powers that Satan uses to influence nations, cities, and individuals.
This document discusses abusive control and emotional manipulation. It defines abusive control as an attempt to dominate another person to fulfill one's own desires and enhance personal security. An abusive controller is insecure and fears rejection, obsessively supervising others' behavior to feel needed. Their goal is survival at any cost through manipulation. Emotional manipulation tactics include tears, anger, threats, helplessness and silence to control victims and get their own way. The document advises staying calm and not reacting when faced with an abusive controller's emotions.
This document provides information about how to know the anointing of God. It discusses that the anointing of God was seen in Jesus' ministry, as he was empowered by the Holy Spirit to preach, heal, and perform miracles. It also states that believers can experience this same anointing by obeying God and being filled with the Holy Spirit. The document provides biblical examples of people in the Old and New Testaments who were anointed for specific purposes and ministries.

1 You're Never Without
Seed
Have you ever noticed that it seems just when
you have extra money to do something you’ve
been believing to do, suddenly all these
unexpected needs arise? The electric bill is higher
than usual—more money! The car needs repaired
—more money! The kids need new clothes—more
money! All these needs suddenly seem to come up
out of nowhere and eventually consume all of
your money. So what do you end up giving to
God? Nothing. It was all consumed.
That’s the way Satan operates. He knows
when you have extra money in your possession so
he creates all these little obstacles to leave you
with nothing left for God.
There is something that you possess that
Satan’s after more than anything else in your life
and that’s seed. If he cannot get your seed, then he
cannot defeat you. If he can get your seed, then he
limits you.
When I first came to the Lord in 1969, my

wife, Carolyn, and I were just two little kids from
Shreveport, Louisiana, who knew we had the call
of God on our lives. We had a lot of zeal. We
were so excited about the things of God. We could
hardly wait to get out in the middle of what God
wanted us to do, but we didn’t have anything to do
it with. The car was shot. I didn’t have a suit. I
had uniforms that had “Jerry’s Paint and Body
Shop” written across the front. You can’t preach
in Jerry’s Paint and Body Shop uniforms. But it
didn’t make any difference because there wasn’t a
church that wanted to hear me anyway.
God began to teach me in the very early stages
of our Christianity that I may not always have
what I need at the moment, but I am never
without the seed that will produce it. You may
not have everything you need right now, but I can
promise you, you do have in your possession, at
this very moment, the seed that will produce what
you need.
Now he that ministereth seed to the
sower both minister bread for your food,
and multiply your seed sown, and increase
the fruits of your righteousness.
2 Corinthians 9:10
8
9. You're Never Without Seed
If there’s one thing that God has provided for
you and always will, it’s seed. And if you learn to
plant it properly, then He will multiply your seed
sown, and He will also multiply your resources for
sowing.
The most important thing which you possess
that Satan is after is your seed. He wants your
seed consumed before it can get into God’s hands.
He wants your seed devoured before you can give
it to God. He wants you to spend all your seed. He
wants you to waste all your seed. He wants you to
throw away your seed. Why? Because seed is
what makes you dangerous to him.
In this little book, you’re going to learn how to
protect your seed, sow it properly and keep it
producing a maximum harvest. So keep reading,
and get ready for a revelation that will change
your life forever.

2 You Determine Your Own
Destiny
The Lord asked me a question one time. He
said, “When I created man, what was the first gift
I bestowed upon him?” I said, “Genesis 1:26 says,
...let them have dominion over the fish
of the sea, and over the fowl of the air,
and over the cattle, and over all the earth,
and over every creeping thing that
creepeth upon the earth.
The first gift was dominion and authority.” He
said, “That’s right.” Then He said, “What was the
second gift I gave to man after creating him?” I
had to be very honest because I had never thought
of it in terms of gift number one and gift number
two. So I said, “Lord, I don’t know.” He said,
“Well, where did you find the first gift?” I said,
“Genesis 1:26, 27, 28.” He said, “Then if gift
number one is in those verses, keep reading and
you’ll find gift number two.” Verse 29 says,
And God said, Behold, I have given you every

herb bearing seed. That... constitutes a gift.
In your Bible, there may be a footnote next to
herb bearing seed. If you look in the center cross
reference of your Bible, it will give you the
original Hebrew rendering and it says: seeding
seed.
I have given you every seeding seed
which is upon the face of all the earth, and
every tree, in the which is the fruit of a
tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for
meat.
Genesis 1:29
There are other translations that say food or
provision instead of meat.
In other words, God said to Adam, “I’m going
to give you two things, and with these two things
you can determine your destiny: Number one—
authority; number two—seed. With those two
things no one can control you. No one can limit
you. No one can restrict you. You determine your
destiny through your God-given authority and by
the seeds that you sow.
God has given you seed for provision. A lot of
people have the idea that God did all the sowing
12
13. You Determine Your Own Destiny
and all the growing and Adam just walked around
doing nothing. Why would He give him seed if
it’s not for sowing? Why do you call a place a
garden if you don’t plant something there?
Let’s read what Adam was required to do in
verse 15,
And the Lord God took the man, and
put him into the garden of Eden to dress it
and to keep it. (To “keep” means to guard
and protect.)
Genesis 2:15
Now, I’m sure that you know what happened
in the Garden of Eden. When Adam sinned, he
lost his authority. But Jesus restored that
authority. Thank God we have it today. Thank
God Satan is under our feet. Authority has been
restored to you.
Seedtime and harvest did not come after the
fall of man. Seedtime and harvest came at the
creation of man. Some people think that seedtime
and harvest is part of the curse. It’s not; it’s God’s
way of providing for you. If you don’t have
another thing in your life, please know that you’ve
got authority, and you’ve got seed. You can come
13

out of any situation when you have authority and
seed, hallelujah. You can’t stay in debt when
you’ve got seed. You can’t be limited when
you’ve got seed. Your income can’t be restricted
when you’ve got seed. You, and only you,
determine your destiny in life based upon the
seeds that you sow. Don’t let anything stop you
from sowing your seed. Your life depends on it.

3 Learning to Protect Your
Seed
Look Out for the Birds of Prey
We see Abram involved in offering a sacrifice
to God, and notice what happens.
And he said, Lord God, whereby shall
I know that I shall inherit it?
And he said unto him, Take me an
heifer of three years old, and a she goat of
three years old, and a ram of three years
old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon.
And he took unto him all these, and
divided them in the midst, and laid each
piece one against another: but the birds
divided he not.
And when the fowls came down upon
the carcases, Abram drove them away.
Genesis 15:8-11
In the Amplified it says,
17
18. Take Charge of Your Financial Destiny
And when the birds of prey swooped
down upon the carcasses, Abram drove
them away.
Notice that before Abram could get his
offering presented to God, the birds of prey
swooped down and attempted to consume it.
That’s exactly how our adversary, Satan,
operates. This is a type and shadow of his devices.
If there’s any one thing Satan hates to see leave
you and get to God, it’s an offering. The reason is
because that offering links you to the supernatural.
Once an offering leaves your hands and is
presented to God, then you are no longer limited
to the world’s way of producing increase. You are
in covenant with the Almighty God.
From this story we see Abram preparing this
sacrifice. He’s busy. He’s got blood all over him.
He’s working diligently. Every time he slices an
animal the way God told him, he then lays it on
the altar and turns around to cut another slice. But
he notices that the birds of prey swoop down and
attempt to devour his offering before he can
present it to God.
The Bible says, Abram drove them away. Now
18
19. Learning to Protect Your Seed
when I read that phrase “drove them away,” I do
not picture Abram saying, “Get, birds.” “Please
stop.” “Don’t you understand, we’re trying to do
something spiritual?” It says he drove them away.
I don’t know how he did it. Perhaps he swatted
them with his hand. Perhaps he picked up a stick
of some sort. We do know that he used force! You
don’t use the term “drove them away” if there’s
not force behind it. Had he not driven them away,
then they would have persisted, and they would
have totally consumed his offering.
Why was it important that he drive the birds of
prey away? If he doesn’t, they’re going to
consume his sacrifice. He had to stand guard over
that sacrifice. He had to protect that sacrifice. And
then when an enemy came in to try to steal it
before he could present it to God, he had to use
force and drive them away.
Now that didn’t mean they left and never
came back. Every time he turned around they
were back. The devil’s persistent. You can drive
him away but the Bible says, “Stay alert. Be on
guard.” Why? Because that adversary of yours,
the devil, is looking for an opportunity to devour.
To devour means “to consume completely”
19
20. Take Charge of Your Financial Destiny
Those birds of prey did not intend to just peck
around in that meat. They intended to consume it
completely. They didn’t intend to just taste it and
then fly away. No, birds of prey intend to
consume completely.
Satan: The Seed Eater
The word swoop from the Amplified means:
“to snatch or to seize suddenly.” The word
suddenly gives the implication of “catching one
off guard.” That’s the way these birds of prey
operate. They snatch or seize away suddenly
hoping to catch you off guard.
Now let’s look at something Jesus taught His
disciples in Mark chapter 4. Mark 4:3-4 says,
Hearken; Behold, there went out a
sower to sow:
And it came to pass, as he sowed,
some fell by the way side, and the fowls of
the air came and devoured it up.
Now notice every time we see these birds of
prey or these fowls of the air, they’re always
endeavoring to consume something. In verse 14
Jesus begins His explanation of this parable.
20
21. Learning to Protect Your Seed
The sower soweth the word.
And these are they by the way side,
where the word is sown; but when they
have heard, Satan cometh immediately,
and taketh away the word that was sown
in their hearts
Mark 4:14-15
In comparison of these two verses, we see the
analogy that the fowls of the air represent Satan.
So what Abram was actually dealing with
back there is not just birds, but Satan. Satan is
attempting to keep that sacrifice from getting to
God. Why? Because he knows if Abram’s
sacrifice ever gets to God, then Abram is no
longer limited to natural means, natural wisdom,
or natural ability. Now he’s linked to the
supernatural God. El Shaddai is on his side, and
no weapon formed against him will prosper!
I’m going to give you a very simple definition
of the word devourer. It literally means “seed-
eater.”
Satan is the “seed-eater” and he’s after your
seed. The moment you receive your paycheck,
you can count on it, he will show up the moment
21
22. Take Charge of Your Financial Destiny
you get your paycheck he’ll say, “You can’t
afford to tithe this week. Don’t you dare give God
10 percent. If you give God 10 percent, you won’t
be able to pay the light bill, you won’t be able to
pay the car note, you won’t be able to buy any
groceries.” The birds of prey have swooped down,
and they are after your seed.
Don’t Eat Your Seed
Remember in Genesis 1 it says,
I have given you every herb bearing
seed (seeding seed).
Genesis 1:29
What is seeding seed? That’s the most
important seed the farmer possesses. This seed is
not for eating. This is not seed which you
consume on yourself. This is seed for next year’s
harvest. You never consume the seeding seed.
Seeding seed is for planting.
The next time the thought comes up in your
mind, “I can’t afford to sow,” that was a bird of
prey. That was Satan himself trying to consume
your seed. He is the seed-eater. That’s what he’s
after. Why? Because if your seed gets into God’s
22
23. Learning to Protect Your Seed
hands, then there’s no devil in hell that can stop
you from being blessed, successful and
prosperous.
I personally believe that your tithe (10 percent
of your income) is your “seeding seed.” Make
sure you give it to God and never consume it on
yourself. When you give it to God, then He will
rebuke the “seed-eater” in your behalf.

4 The Law of Sowing and
Reaping
Whether you believe it or not, you are where
you are today because of the seeds you’ve sown.
The Bible is very clear about this, and you can
read it for yourself in Galatians. Galatians 6:7
says,
For whatsoever a man soweth, that
shall he also reap.
I like what Charles Capps says, “If you’re
down to your last one dollar, don’t dare spend it.
Sow it. Don’t eat your seed.” Seed is for sowing.
You will never enter into the fullness of God’s
plan for your prosperity if God comes last. He
wants the firstfruit.
The seed-eater wants to devour your
substance. He wants to consume it completely. He
hopes that he can persuade you to spend
everything you’ve got so there’s nothing left to
sow. If anybody knows the laws of sowing and
reaping, it’s Satan. He knows the laws of sowing
25
26. Take Charge of Your Financial Destiny
and reaping, and he doesn’t want them working in
your life.
That’s why he’s after your seed. Your seed
affects your destiny. Your seed affects your
future. What you sow today has everything to do
with how you’ll live tomorrow.
As long as I’ve got seed, then I’m in control of
my financial destiny. I’m in control of my income.
Satan can’t stop me from being blessed when I’m
applying God’s law of sowing and reaping.
The more I sow, the greater my harvest. The
greater my harvest, then the more I’m able to sow.
So, what are you waiting for? Start sowing every
time you see an opportunity, and watch how God
will bring you into a life of abounding blessings.

5 Give Your Best
When I went to work for Kenneth Copeland
back in 1971, I only had one suit. A lady who
lived next door to us went to a rummage sale and
bought me a suit for $15. I came to work for
Brother Copeland in the middle of the summer
with that one suit and it was 100 percent wool. I
sweated like a hog all summer in that one suit. I
wore it to every meeting. I believed God for ties
so I could have a different look. Then one day I
got another pair of slacks that I could wear with
the suit coat, and I got a different look. I made 15
changes out of that one suit. One day, I said,
“God, I’m in the ministry. I’m going to be a
preacher. I need suits.”
Brother Copeland and I went to Odessa,
Texas, for a meeting. When Brother Copeland
finished preaching, he had me so fired up I
couldn’t wait for the next meeting, so I went to the
streets and started preaching in the streets
everything I heard him preach in the meeting. One
day, I went out into the streets in Odessa, and I
found a young Mexican boy. He couldn’t have
29
30. Take Charge of Your Financial Destiny
been over 14 years old. I started preaching to him.
He couldn’t understand a word I said because he
couldn’t speak any English. Somehow I was able
to convince him that I wanted to give him my only
suit. He was less fortunate than I was. His clothes
were rags. I said, “God, I’m going to sow this suit
into this young boy’s life.” I gave him my only
suit. It was the best that I had.
Later, I noticed a men’s department store on
Main Street in Odessa. It had a big sign in the
window that read: “Men’s suits half price.” It
wouldn’t have made any difference if they were
$1.50, I couldn’t have bought one. I stood there
and looked at that sign and thought, “O God,
they’re half price.” I felt really strong about going
in there and looking at them even though I didn’t
have a dime.
I walked in the store, and the gentleman asked
me if he could help me. I said, “I’m just looking.”
I asked, “Where are your suits for half price?”
He showed me all these suits. He said, “What
size do you wear?”
I told him my size, and he put this suit on me
that fit me perfect! Oh, it looked good on me. He
30
31. Give Your Best
put another one on. It looked good too!
He said, “You want me to write it up?”
I said, “No, no. I can’t buy anything today.” I
started to walk out and the Spirit of God spoke to
me and He said, “Tell him to hold them for you.” I
turned around and I said, “Sir, would you hold
those suits for me?”
He said, “Why?”
I said, “Well, I just believe some how, some
way, God’s going to give me the money before I
leave this town, and I’m going to buy those suits.
Would you hold them for me for 24 hours?”
He said, “I will."
I went back to my hotel. I walked up and
down that floor. I prayed in the spirit, and I did
everything I knew to do. Suddenly, there was a
knock on the door. I opened the door, and it was
A.W. Copeland, Brother Copeland’s father. He
said, “Jerry, where have you been?”
I said, “I’ve been out in the street preaching.”
He said, “I’ve been looking for you all
morning.”
I said, “Why?”
31
32. Take Charge of Your Financial Destiny
He said, “Well, last night in the offering
somebody gave me an envelope and told me to
give it to you. In fact, on the front of this envelope
it said ‘Give this to the little boy that works for
Brother Copeland.’”
I said, “What is it, Granddad?”
He said, “I don’t know. It just says give it to
you.” I opened it, and it was the exact amount of
money that those suits were going to cost at that
store.
I ran over to the store, and when I walked in, I
couldn’t even talk in English. I walked in
speaking in tongues.
He said, “What happened to you?”
I said, “I told you that God was going to give
me the money.” I said, “The money was waiting
for me, and I didn’t even know it.” I said, “Sir,
we’ve got a meeting tonight. Can you alter my
suits? I’ve got to wear one of these tonight.”
Then I took my money out of the envelope,
and I laid it up on the counter. He took half of it,
and he gave me the other half back. I said, “No sir,
there’s exactly the amount you quoted me in this
envelope. Here.”
32
33. Give Your Best
He said, “Since you left, those suits went
down from half to another half.” He said, “Those
suits are now half of half price.” He said, “Now
son, it’s cold out there.” He said, “Do you have a
top coat?” I didn’t even know what a top coat was.
He said, “Well you know what, I just happen to
have a winter coat that costs exactly what you’ve
got left.” That man blessed me.
From that moment, I have never been able to
wear all the suits God has given me. I’ve had
people chase me down to give me a suit. I’ve had
people buy me suits everywhere I go.
I learned that I may not always have what I
need, but I am never without the seed that will
produce it.
Proverbs 11:24 says,
There is he that scattereth, and yet
increaseth.
One translation says, “It is possible to give it
all away and yet become richer.”
Honour the Lord with thy substance,
and with the firstfruits of all thine
increase.
33
34. Take Charge of Your Financial Destiny
Proverbs 3:9
Honor the Lord with your substance and
your tithe. Don’t stop with the tithe. Honor God
with your own personal belongings. Why? God
wants you to be a seed sower so that He can
multiply your resources for sowing.
Malachi 3:10 says,
Bring ye all the tithes into the
storehouse, that there may be meat in
mine house, and prove me now herewith,
saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open
you the windows of heaven, and pour you
out a blessing, that there shall not be
room enough to receive it.
What’s the promise to the person who obeys
this command? “And I,” God says, “I, personally
will rebuke the seed-eater for your sake.”
I looked in Webster’s Dictionary for the
definition of the word rebuke, and it means: to
address in a sharp and severe disapproval; to
reprimand, to force back and to command to stop.
The reason you need to be a tither is so God can
get involved with you in driving the seed-eater
away with force. When you honor God with the
34
35. Give Your Best
firstfruits of your increase, then God personally
gets involved in driving the seed-eater away. He
says, “Stop it! That’s enough!”
You will find that when you drive the seed-
eater away and you bring your tithe to God, you
can live far greater on the 90 percent that’s left
than you could on the 100 percent. That 90
percent will stretch far, far greater than the 100
percent you keep.
Just like Abram, the birds of prey are
swooping down attempting to consume your seed,
and it’s time to drive them away. Use some force.
Don’t allow Satan to consume your seed. Make
God’s offering the number one priority in your life
and everything else second. Now watch how God
will bless you like never before.

37. For Those Who Don’t Know
Jesus, Would You Like to Know
Him?
37
38. Take Charge of Your Financial Destiny
If you were to die today, are you certain that
you would go to Heaven? If you have accepted
Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior,
you can be assured that when you die, you will go
directly into the presence of God in Heaven. If
you have not accepted Jesus as your personal Lord
and Savior, is there any reason why you can’t
make Jesus the Lord of your life right now? Please
pray this prayer out loud, and as you do, pray with
a sincere and trusting heart, and you will be born
again.
Dear God in Heaven,
I come to You in the Name of Jesus to receive
salvation and eternal life. I believe that Jesus is
Your Son. I believe that He died on the cross for
my sins, and that You raised Him from the dead. I
receive Jesus now into my heart and make Him
the Lord of my life. Jesus, come into my heart. I
welcome You as my Lord and Savior. Father, I
believe Your Word that says I am now saved. I
confess with my mouth that I am saved and born
again, I am now a child of God.
