When information or intelligence is shared, some agencies may be conducting different types of information analysis or collection. When information either gets passed up to fusion centers or down to the SLT departments, the informcation could be difficult to decipher. Because the information gets looked at and analyzed from different views, people can look at the same picture and have two different answers to what is in it (Carter et al, 2012, 83-84) 2) CONFIDENCE IN PREDICTIONS Because intelligence is based off of an analysis of information and a prediction has to be made as to whether something is probable/possible, it can have differences. Because one person analyzes information that is presented to them from one aspect, say ELINT, another analyst, say IMINT, can have a different assessment. In order for the predictions to be reliable for customers, analysts need to have higher confidence in their analysis. The higher the confidence that analysts have when looking at the information, the more likely it is to be correct. With that being said, if there is a high confidence on different sides, like if analyst 1 says "ABC will happen with high confidence" and analyst 2 says "XYZ will happen with high confidence", then you begin to get conflicts. This is when the intelligence process comes into play even more than the initial analysis. They will need to go back through the process to come to a determination on their analysis (Arkes et al, 2011, 147). 3) PREDICTABLE BEHAVIORS Humans are a creature of habit and with that being said, people's actions can be predictable. Using the intelligence process can help with avoiding these behaviors. Because some people will look at something, they will consider something along the lines of a previous experience or analysis that they had made. There are a couple of different ways people will utilize their adapted behaviro rather than the intelligence process. People can get too comfortable because they are "experienced", they can use the process incorrectly, or a number of other ways. These behaviors can be taken into their analysis, giving them or decisionmakers false information based off what their behaviors have told them to do. For the intelligence process with looking at it from a different perspective, the intelligence process can be helpful when analyzing information. Using the intelligence process with people's predicted behavior can leverage a potential positive analysis when dealing with complex situations involving people in other countries (Arkes et al, 2011, 144-146). There is excessive use of internet today both by the old and the young. It common to see people spending most of their time behind computers or using their mobile phones browsing the internet and assessing social media. Internet is beneficial for various reasons such as entertainment, social interaction, education and even work. There have been concerns as to whether this excessive use of internet by individuals has a negative impact on their psychological health. Some of the aspects that internet has been seen to affect one’s psychological health include; anxiety, sleep, stress, depression and even social life. Some researchers have conducted studies which link excessive use of internet to extreme cases of low self-esteem and suicidal thoughts. The focus of this paper is to analyze the statistics and measurements that will be used in the research which will be conducted to confirm if excessive internet use has a negative impact on psychological health.

This is where the variables will be assigned numerical date in scales and during data collection. After obtaining results from the date collection process, the collected data will be analyzed using various statistical analysis tests. The use of quantitative research in this case will be important to the test in various ways. Quantitative research tends to be more objective and reliable compared to qualitative research (Balnaves, 2001). It is also significant as statistics can be used to conclude a finding. In order to set up measures to improve safety in Davis Health Care or any health care facility, one needs to know various sources of danger to patients in that facility. There are errors associated with unqualified personnel and therefore there is a need to know the qualification information of staff members for the improvement project to succeed. Important information needed to improve the safety of patients in a healthcare facility is the condition of the hygiene in the facility. Data on the safety precaution measures already in place is also needed.
Data collection tools or methods that can be used to collect the above information include health surveys and questionnaires, conducting interviews, self-observation (Holloway & Wheeler, 2013). The survey involves gathering information from various people and then compares them to get correct information on a certain matter. Different methods can be used within a survey. For instance, interviewer administration is used in surveys involving general issues while self-administration is used in surveys involving private issues. Surveys can be a mobile or an online one. Mobile surveys make use of mobile collection forms installed on gadgets such as mobile phones or tablets. An online survey, on the other hand, involves uploading survey forms in websites where they can be accessed by the target audience. The Central Intelligence Agency (2013) has describe the intelligence cycle as the following:
Planning and Direction – essentially understanding what to do and how to do it
Collection – Collecting information overtly or covertly through different means
Processing – Put the collected intelligence into a report
Analysis and Production – Read and analyze the information and understand what is needed and what isn’t and produce a product in a way that will be easily read and understood by the customer (give assessments)
Dissemination – Give the final product to the requestor / customer and ensure that those who need to know receive it

Carter, Chermak, McGarrell, Carter, and Drew (2012) indicated in their findings that

Because of these setbacks, the intelligence cycle cannot be 100% efficient due to analysts attempting to understand which sets of policies to follow (will it be their respective agency’s ones or the national standards?). Also, this would also come into question as to there being any backlash if one set is followed but not the other due to the different policies. As well as agencies ensuring that civil rights and privacy issues are being protected.
Acts, Laws, and Entities
Due to different laws that exist, the efficiency of the intelligence cycle to collect information is hindered. Such acts and laws would include the USA PATRIOT Act, USA FREEDOM Act, and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. Law enforcement agencies before were able to wiretap conversations and obtain records regarding calls, telephone numbers, etc. that could be viable into stopping terrorist plots and gave LE agencies more tools to conduct counterintelligence (FBI, n.d.). However, due to the population not liking that LE agencies could conduct such activities, more laws and acts were passed to limit LE agencies ability to conduct such activities and required them to ob.

1. Introduction
A bubble chamber is a vessel filled with a superheated transparent liquid (most often liquid hydrogen) used to detect electrically charged particles moving through it. It was invented in 1952 by Donald A. Glaser, for which he was awarded the 1960 Nobel Prize in Physics.
A convenient way to study the properties of the fundamental subatomic particles is through observation of their bubble trails, or tracks, in a bubble chamber. Using measurements made directly on a bubble chamber photograph, we can often identify the particles from their tracks and calculate their masses and other properties. In a typical experiment, a beam of a particular type of particle is sent from an accelerator into a bubble chamber, which is a large liquid-filled vessel. To simplify the analysis of the data, the liquid used is often hydrogen, the simplest element. The use of liquid hydrogen, while it simplifies the analysis, complicates the experiment itself, since hydrogen, a gas at room temperature, liquefies only when cooled to -246◦C. For charged particles to leave tracks in passing through the chamber, the liquid must be in a “super-heated” state, in which the slightest disturbance causes boiling to occur. In practice, this is accomplished by expanding the vapor above the liquid with a piston a few thousandths of a second before the particles enter the chamber.

The Central Intelligence Agency (2013) has describe the intelligence cycle as the following:

Analysis and Production – Read and analyze the information and understand what is needed and what isn’t and produce a product in a way that will be easily read and understood by the customer (give assessments)
Dissemination – Give the final product to the requestor / customer and ensure that those who need to know receive it

Carter, Chermak, McGarrell, Carter, and Drew (2012) indicated in their findings that

Also, this would also come into question as to there being any backlash if one set is followed but not the other due to the different policies. As well as agencies ensuring that civil rights and privacy issues are being protected.
Acts, Laws, and Entities
Due to different laws that exist, the efficiency of the intelligence cycle to collect information is hindered. Such acts and laws would include the USA PATRIOT Act, USA FREEDOM Act, and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. Law enforcement agencies before were able to wiretap conversations and obtain records regarding calls, telephone numbers, etc. that could be viable into stopping terrorist plots and gave LE agencies more tools to conduct counterintelligence (FBI, n.d.). However, due to the population not liking that LE agencies could conduct such activities, more laws and acts were passed to limit LE agencies ability to conduct such activities and required them to ob.

- 1. 250 words agree or disagree Because the intelligence process works in a normally streamlined way, there are some issues when looking at information sharing. When information or intelligence is shared, some agencies may be conducting different types of information analysis or collection. The analytical differences, for example between fusion centers and the state, local, and territorial police intelligence analysts. The SLT agencies don't have the same systems or tools available to them that fusion centers can have. When information either gets passed up to fusion centers or down to the SLT departments, the informcation could be difficult to decipher. Because the information gets looked at and analyzed from different views, people can look at the same picture and have two different answers to what is in it (Carter et al, 2012, 83-84) 2) CONFIDENCE IN PREDICTIONS Because intelligence is based off of an analysis of information and a prediction has to be made as to whether something is probable/possible, it can have differences. Because one person analyzes information that is presented to them from one aspect, say ELINT, another analyst, say IMINT, can have a different assessment. In order for the predictions to be reliable for customers, analysts need to have higher confidence in their analysis. The higher the confidence that analysts have when looking at the information, the more likely it is to be correct. With that being said, if there is a high confidence on different sides, like if analyst 1 says "ABC will happen with high confidence" and analyst 2 says "XYZ will happen with high confidence", then you begin to get conflicts. This is when the intelligence process comes into play even more than the initial analysis. They will need to go back through the process to
- 2. come to a determination on their analysis (Arkes et al, 2011, 147). 3) PREDICTABLE BEHAVIORS Humans are a creature of habit and with that being said, people's actions can be predictable. Using the intelligence process can help with avoiding these behaviors. Because some people will look at something, they will consider something along the lines of a previous experience or analysis that they had made. There are a couple of different ways people will utilize their adapted behaviro rather than the intelligence process. People can get too comfortable because they are "experienced", they can use the process incorrectly, or a number of other ways. These behaviors can be taken into their analysis, giving them or decisionmakers false information based off what their behaviors have told them to do. For the intelligence process with looking at it from a different perspective, the intelligence process can be helpful when analyzing information. Using the intelligence process with people's predicted behavior can leverage a potential positive analysis when dealing with complex situations involving people in other countries (Arkes et al, 2011, 144-146).
