Socially Savvy’s 21st
Century Outplacement Program assists employees to successfully
negotiate unplanned career transitions armed with a modern job search skill set and helps
companies provide essential support services when layoffs or furloughs occur.
Simply stated, the social business competency, knowledge and skills will improve job search
effectiveness, career and professional readiness, and employment outcomes.
Elements of the 21st
Century Outplacement Program
1. A meeting to define expectations, process, and communication pathways (employee
information, timeline, and contact information)
2. A career transition letter template to introduce the outplacement support services
3. Development and delivery of transitioning employee LinkedIn Optimization Scorecard
4. One-on-one discovery and coaching session with the transitioning employee to
establish goals, objectives, values and transition statement
5. A career transition employee workbook
6. Resume and LinkedIn profile development support
7. One-year access to the outplacement portal with the online social business course
8. Job campaign management, networking, compensation, and interview guidance
9. Scorecard re-benchmark
10.Report of results and outcomes

Objectives of the 21st
Century Outplacement Program
1. Enable and amplify the employee’ s proficiency with social media and personal brand
building,
2. Train to a common basic standard of proficiency with job search and social media
skills, and
3. Accelerate the participants’ social business use and communications to influence
successful job search outcomes.
Program Assets
• 1:1 coaching sessions (up to 3 hours over a ninety (90) day period)
o Intake session to establish goals, objectives, values and transition statement
o Follow up sessions to provide resume, online profile, campaign management,
networking, compensation and interview guidance and support
• 21st
century career transition workbook
• One-year access to the outplacement portal with the online social business course
Investment | $1500 per employee for full program | $500 per employee for portal access
