- Vision 2020 20 Million Members Thank you for allowing me to be here today to share some exciting news. As you know Jeff Bell has set a Vision 2020 goal for LegalShield to reach 20M members. In an effort to reach target we have identified a tremendous opportunity that would allow us not only to achieve this Vision but to help a segment of the population that is in desperate need for greater Legal justice. I am referring to the US Latino community.
- Growing Latino Population Let me tell you why this represents a great opportunity for the LegalShield. First of all, did you know that there are 57M Latinos in the US today. That is 18 % of the total US populations. This make the US the second largest Latino populated country in the world, second only to Mexico. This group is on average 10 years younger than the total population and growing 5 times faster. By 2060, we Latinos will reach 119 M or 28% of the total US population.
- Latino Impact in the US The impact that this group is having is being felt in all aspects of our lives, in our food, who does like mexican food. In sports, half of major league baseball players are Latinos. In the Arts, how about Sofia Vergara in Modern Family. In the Sciences and Business, and in music. Who did not hear the song Despacito last year.
- Latino Economic Power From an economic perspective they are engine that is growing the middle class, they represent 60% of new home ownership and have $192 Billion dollars in discretionary income.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit Like all past immigrant communities they come in search of their American dream and have a great entrepreneurial spirit. They have the highest level of entrepreneurial growth since 1996 with 84% increase in Latino owned business, which is 2 times faster that all businesses in the US. Latina owned business almost doubled between 2007 to 2012 with 1.5M Latina owned businesses.
- LegalShield Opportunity This means that you have a great opportunity to bring LegalShield to this community that is looking for equal justice and business opportunity.
- So in July we will launch LegalShield en Español. Bring a Legal plan that will offer Spanish speaking services to Latinos in all 50 states. LegalShield will have the largest Latino and Spanish speaking network of Lawyers in the US. WOW! As a latino I can not tell how proud I am to be part of an organization that is going to make justice available to my community.
- Reach out to your Latino friends So, now I ask you to make a list of all the Latinos that you know, reach out to them and give them the great news that for only $24.95 they will be able to have their Spanish Speaking lawyer in the palm of their hand.
- Build a list of everyone you know that can benefit from LegalShield en Español. Take paper applications (with a pre populated effective date of July 9, 2018). On July 9th enter the applications in AOBO. On July 9th our new Members of LegalShield en Español will receive their welcome email, followed by a welcome call within 14 days of being effective. Associates follow-up with their new Members to ensure they have downloaded the app and have all the necessary information for using the service.
- The following incentive is being provided. The region with 50 or more memberships will have a hosted Mega Super Sabado. The top three (3) individuals who have the most pre-sale memberships sold (no less than 8) will receive LSA paid for one year and scheduled to host the leadership show.
