- 2. Using a computer screen Write out on paper, what you are going to type, beforehand. Then, copy type the work, onto the computer. Always look at your surroundings, not just at the screen. Put your work in an online notepad, and copy and paste the work, into the computer software. Make full use of the swivel chair, by looking left and right.
- 3. Using a smartphone Sit facing a wall, which is distant to you, and regularly look over the top of the phone screen. Walk around the room, holding the smartphone. A smartphone is more eye-friendly, than a computer screen.
- 4. Writing on paper A4 paper Draw the eye break symbol, after every line. Do chair exercise. Use different colours, on the page. Separate out the thinking, from the writing, to avoid looking at the page, for too long. A6 paper If you use an A6 notepad, you are more likely to take eye breaks. You can write in keywords.
- 5. The most eye friendly ways to write Whiteboard Avoid glasses, to give your eye a break. Copy up anything you find, which is going to help you in the future. Tarot deck This method is the most friendly, to the eyes. This is suitable, for work, which you need to memorise anyway. You can even think, without the use of a tarot deck. This is like your mobile office.
