LEGAL NOTICE
KEEPERS – TRUSTEES
This shall serve as a legal notice to All Keepers-Trustees, that the Royal Families directed that all USD settlements
shall be processed and sanctioned by the Royal Imperial Sovereign International Court of Justice (Philippines),
Royal Imperial International Criminal Court (ICC), The Royal Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System
and the Royal Sovereign Government of The United States of North America -The Republic of North America.
Keepers are hereby instructed to process all assets and accounts under their guardianship for settlement, by and
through, the Royal Imperial International Court of Justice. There shall be no other entity nor governmental agency
sanctioned nor licensed to receive nor redeem global assets nor global collateral accounts without the sanctioned
authority of the Royal Imperial Sovereign International Court of Justice. The ICJ Licensed Sovereign Royal Judges
shall have full authority over all global assets and collateral accounts.
Keepers–Trustees shall not dictate nor demand settlement prices, as you’re not the owner of the assets, nor can
you provide Proof of Ownership. These are G&G Assets (Government-Government) issued under private
agreements and Treaties pursuant to Geneva Convention Bank Secrecy Act. The settlement Royal ICJ Senior
Judges are graduates of accredited university law schools and are members of the Philippine Bar Association.
Thus, all ICJ court documents shall bear the Judges signature with Bar membership number to differentiate
from fraudsters and bearing “Treasure Amer Septent Sigil Official”seal.

GOVERNMENT HOLDERS – KEEPERS
The following is required to secure USD repatriation/ settlement:
1. Please presents your Government Orders to Guard USD.
2. Please present the Central Bank SKR (Safe Keeping Receipt).
3. Please present, Bill of Lading Packet or orders to transport and place USD
in facilities.
Thank you for considering production of these documents, which will constitute
POL (Proof of Life).
Docs must be physically examined in Washington, DC for authenticity. After a brief
field inspection of docs for completeness, military holder(s) will submit to U.S
Embassy, to a diplomatic courier within the embassy to start process.
These documents are not found in the boxes, they were given by the joint military
operation and shipping agent in a package to the legal Keeper-Trustee.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Since the assets are not owned by the Keepers-Trustees, they shall adhere to the
terms and conditions per treaty and the letter of instructions given to them with
shipping manifest package by joint military operation’s agent or agency
representative. However, upon written consent or order of the Royal International
Court of Justice, the terms and conditions ‘may’ be the following:
1. Royal Family, by and through, HSBC Makati City, Philippines 40/40 Split To
Keeper-Trustee, 20% Split which 10% shall be given to Royal Family’s
Intermediaries; and 10% Shall be given to Keeper-Trustee Intermediaries, the
terms and condition are non-negotiable, nor keepers-Trustees are owners of the
assets nor shall they divert from ICJ order.
2. Assigned U.S. Government Agent, by and through, designated banks giving
30/70%, which government shall receive 30% and Keepers-Trustees shall have
70% minus ten (10%) percent for Intermediaries and court fees.

2009-Series USD PRIVATE FOREX TRANSACTION
• What is the Philippine RateofExchange:
The 2009-Series One Hundred Dollar Bill/Notes (Cut & Uncut) Private Forex Transaction must be
approved by the Royal ICJ prior to any and all negotiation the with designated Forex Company.
The transaction shall be the date of exchange rate, which the percentage shall be 25/75 Split, the
Private Forex Company and its representative shall receive twenty-five (25) percent and Keeper-
Trustee shall receive 75%, minus five (5) percent cutting fee. The Keeper-Trustee may exchange
USD to PHILIPPINE PESO under the following terms and conditions, to wit:
1. CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE (based on US Dollar):
a. ONE (1) DOLLAR is equivalent to FIFTY (50) US Dollar;
2. PAYMENT SCHEME:
a. Total Exchange Rate Settlement Amount 100%
b. Forex Bank Fees, Fund transfer, etc. 25%
c. Keeper-Trustee 75%
d. Cutting Operation Fee 5%
e. Intermediaries Fees 5%
f. Keeper-Trustee Net Amount: 65%

USD BLACK NOTES
Black Notes come under Treaties “Cloaked For Secrecy” and Black Butterfly Accounts
however the Keeper-Trustee must have clearance documents from United States Military,
United States Treasury, Federal Reserve System, United States Customs, Philippine
Government (AMLC), Royal ICJ, Banks and local Philippine law-enforcement for any and all
cleaning operations and registration of black notes.
Keepers-Trustees must also have the following: Manifest, Shipping Instructions, Bill of
Lading, Point Origin & Chain of Title; and Inventory List, Clear Color Photos of the
Containers, Pallets and Boxes with Serial Numbers, Front and Back Photos of the USD Series
and Denomination.

USD PROCEDURES
2009- SERIES GOLD ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR MOTHER BOXES
• Deliver all boxes to saferoom
• Mother Boxes are to be opened in the presence of the Keeper-Trustee
• The Keeper-Trustee will sign off on the receipt of the mother boxes.
• The contents of the boxes will be taken to the De La Rue machine by the Trustee alone.
• The Holder will wait in the safe room with boxes. (Expect a minimum of a 30 minutewait).
• If contents of the boxes are found to be authentic and NOT second printing, the payment will be made in
cash within 24 hours.
Keepers-Trustees must have and enclose the following documents: "Manifest, Shipping
Instructions, Bill of Lading, Point Origin & Chain of Title; and clear Color Photos of the
Containers, Pallets and Boxes with Serial Numbers, Front and Back Photos of the USD
Series and Denomination.
