Accordingly, the United States and United States of America, a.k.a., The United Colonies and United
Kingdom of America, a foreign corporation, for the purpose of commerce only, and annexation under the de jure
Sovereign Posterity Preamble Government of The United States of North America – The Republic of North
America, which the United States, United States of America and colonial corporate member Statehoods, in the
United Nations, comes under the Titleship/Ownership of U.S. Treasury Federal Identification 8216 and 8217.
Further, 8216 and 8217 is the owner of the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) in Basel,
Switzerland. The Bank of International Settlements is the lending entity to all of the other Central Banks and the
holder of all Sovereign debts, which means that 8216-17 is the underwriter of all the Central Banks and the
global currency underwriter. The cash accounts superseded that of the bank’s reserves. The act of issuing and
guaranteeing of all the currencies is under the authority of 8216 and 8217, and legally under the its control.
8216- 17 is also the master trader and global currency underwriter. 8216-17 is the holder and owner of all the
sovereign corporations, with full jurisdictional and judiciary rights, which means anything done without the
approval of 8216 and 8217 is null and void, including Basel III, and may be considered as treason under the
Edwardian Act of 1236.
In addition, all the historic treaties are under signatory authority and rights of 8216-17. The 1868 Treaty
of Nice, under which the Treaty of Versailles and the Treaty of Lausanne were formulated, is under first
signatory position of 8216-17 and any ratification are null and void based on the legal statute of authority. So the
Treaty of Versailles, that controls the League of Nations is under 8216-17’s first signatory right, and any
modification of the treaties are under control of 8216-17 as well and require its authority and ratification, and
any ratification without 8216-17 authority is null and void.

3. Any agreements made under the Counsel of Rome require 8216-17’s authority as well, inclusive the
rights of the Vatican, as governing structure, and currently all the states are functioning in illegal activities
outside of 8216-17’s authority and jurisdictional rights, for which they are creating crimes against humanity. The
jurisdictional sovereign authority of the order of the protectorate requires ratification and authority of 8216-17 to
be functional. The Privy Council has been actively utilizing authority they do not have. NATO has no
jurisdictional authority of action prior to agreements to be reached with 8216-17, so any action without authority
can be deemed as treason and crimes against humanity. The United Nations, an independent NGO, registered in
California, in order to act with any legal capacity require the authority of 8216-17 and a ratified vote of the
general assembly for its judiciary and rightful operational rights.
Simply put, in layman’s term, the United States and United States of America, United Nations and
Hague Netherlands Bureau International Criminal Court, each of them, comes under the Titleship/Ownership of
H.E. HRH King Julius Bazan Divinagracia, i.e., Alpha and Omega Trust, US Trust, United Kingdom Trust,
Northern Trust and Southern Trust (>8216-8217).
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDER AND GRANTED, that Sir Chile Eboe-Osuji, Sir Antonio
Geterres, Sir Miroslay Lajcak, collectively, given full power, authority and authorization, by and through, H.E.
HRH King Julius Bazan Divinagracia, King of Kings, to record and issue an Executive Order, Judicial Order and
Legislation, placing the United States and United States of America, irrevocably, under the jurisdiction of the
Hague Netherlands Roman Statute International Criminal Court, and hereinafter, be subject to criminal
prosecution for (a) The crime of genocide; (b) Crimes against humanity; (c) War crimes; and (d) The crime of
aggression, effective immediately, however, it shall not be retroactive.
IT IS FURTHER HEREBY ORDER AND GRANTED, that Sir Chile Eboe-Osuji, Sir Antonio
Geterres, Sir Miroslay Lajcak, collectively, given full power, authority and authorization, by and through, H.E.
HRH King Julius Bazan Divinagracia, King of Kings, to immediately investigate police killings, disappearance
and enslavement of children, especially concerning the coffee hue, Black, Brown and Coppertone complexion
Aboriginals of North America, and so-called African-Americans including permanent resident aliens,
documented and undocumented persons, which has been allowed and continue to go unabated by the colonial
political-partisan corporate Federal United States/United States of America, and its subsidiary Federal States,
Federal Cities and Federal Counties [>Title 5, United States Code Services, § 1501(2)], thereof. Nothing shall

General Congress Assembly, nor H.E. HRH King Julius Bazan Divinagracia, nor his royal predecessors thereof,
signed nor endorsed the colonial 1791 Federal United States Constitution, nor the colonial states constitutions,
thereof. Therefore, His Excellency, further order and grants full power and authority to UN Peacekeeper Forces
in the disarmament of ‘natural born subjects’ a.k.a. citizens of the United States and citizens of the United States
of America, including the Federal states, Federal cities and Federal counties, within the forty-eight contiguous
states, thereof.
IT IS FURTHER HEREBY ORDER AND GRANTED, that Sir Chile Eboe-Osuji, Sir Antonio
Geterres, Sir Miroslay Lajcak, collectively, shall reject claims and notices of withdraw from the United Nations
or its subsidiaries, by the United States and United States of America, without the written consent from H.E.
HRH King Julius Bazan Divinagracia (8216-8217), and all United Nations Security Council veto power given to
State of Israel, United States and United States of America, are hereby suspended, and hereinafter warrants H.E.
HRH King Julius Bazan Divinagracia, signatory.
