She received an MFA in Printmaking from the University of Georgia and a BA in Studio Art from UMass Boston. Her teaching experience includes positions at the University of North Georgia, Gainesville State College, and the University of Georgia. She has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions nationally and received grants from the Andy Warhol Foundation and Brooklyn Arts Council.

2014 Contributing researcher on an upcoming article about the El Camino Santiago with
anthropologist Dr. Joseph Manzella. Walked the pilgrimage route called the Camino Frances
approximately 700 kms.

2010 - 2011 Contributing member and founder of a small artist cooperative gallery called
Blue Tin Artist Collective in Athens, GA.
2009 – 2011 Instructor of printmaking classes at the Lyndon House Arts Center in Athens
GA. I also organized two printmaking workshops annually for the community during this time
along with the set up and general upkeep of the printmaking studio.
2006 Biked from Portland, Maine to St. John, New Brunswick in Canada approximately 500
miles.
2003 Hiked the entire Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine, 2172 miles.
