3D Designer at Clear Design 210-648-2095
Designing corporate office interior floor plans to client specifications as a 3D Designer primarily using SketchUp and CAD. Creating 3D
rendering packets in Layout with model detailing dimensioning, product details, specifications, and highlights of model as requested within
various parameters. Some models based off a previous CAD, hand drawing, or text parameters. Submitting Quote and Rendering to the
client for approval or revision (typically in PDF form). Models are typically modern open space concepts, fit within the client’s budget,
available space and specific needs. Apply applicable discounts where needed based on location and dealer sales. Create quotes and proposals
for submitted client approval. Update quotes/3D rendering and make necessary revisions as needed to ensure the project is accurate despite
clients changing needs. Collaborate with customer service and purchasing team to ensure each project is created and ordered correctly all
within time constraints. (See also Letter of Recommendation)

Using CAM/CAD to generate a model based on client specifications. Input CAM software into CNC or dialing out manually with machines
(Milling, Drilling, Lathe, Grinder, Saw and more). Perform testing, maintain, calibrate, clean, and monitor machines for optimal working
condition. Feed information through machine (entering CAM or dialing out manually) Troubleshoot problems during machine operation.
Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output. Rework and Modification, Repair,
