i. Sideline Credentials – Each Team will receive 10 credentials for sideline access at
Friday practices. Credentials must be worn at all times by all Team members (except
players in uniform), including:
1) Coaching Staff
2) Athletic Trainer(s), Equipment Manager, Team Doctor
3) Media Relations Coordinator
4) Team Managers
The following people should view the game from the stands or hospitality areas,
NOT the bench:
1) Athletic Department Staff
2) Any other non game-essential staff
*Friends and family are NOT permitted in the bench areas
All sideline staff/players need to be properly attired in the team issued gear from
their respective university’s athletic department.
All credentials for team personnel will be distributed to the teams at their
practice time the day before the game.
ii. Timeline/Game Rules – During all games, the games will follow the game day
timeline that will be distributed in order to ensure that all the games stay on schedule as
much as possible. The game will also follow all NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s
Lacrosse rules.
Game day timelines and rules, may be adjusted in the event that a TV network decides
to pick up any of the games for live or tape delayed TV.
iii. Locker Rooms – There are multiple locker room facilities located at Fifth Third Bank
Stadium. The day of your teams practice at the Kennesaw State Sport and
Entertainment Park, you will be shown where the team’s locker room is located. On
Game Day security will be present near all locker room doors to ensure that only
authorized personnel are in the area of the team locker rooms. Please note the
following:

1) Locker Room facilities will be available for use on the team’s practice day
2) Please bring a lockable valuables bag to the field each game
3) Team locker rooms will either be underneath the scoreboard in the North End
zone of the stadium or in the Southeast corner of the stadium
4) We will provide information on whether or not the teams can leave any of
their gear in the locker rooms overnight when the team arrives for practice
day.
iv. Athletic Trainer – We are working on contracting with our local Athletic Training
partner on being available on Game Day to provide assistance and also be a resource
with knowledge of the local area. Additional information about Athletic Training
support will be made available at a later date.
D. Media Coverage
As of September 27, 2015, there will be no live, national television for any of the games.
If there is any interest from national television networks in regards to covering the
games, we will make sure to reach out to the teams playing on that day to coordinate
with them.
If any of the schools have any media partners that are interested in covering the games,
we would be more than happy to work with them to ensure that they can cover the
games here in Atlanta. Along with non-local media, there will most likely be some local
media interest for the collegiate games.
All members of the media will be required to submit a request for Media Credentials via
LB3 Lacrosse. The link to complete that media request is listed below, and for each
weekend. There will be a deadline for each game for media to sign up by, which will
allow us to process the requests and send the credentials to the media member prior to
game day.

A. Times & Locations
Practice times (2 hours each) will be available for all Teams on Friday February 19, 2016
at Kennesaw State Sports and Entertainment Park. The teams will be allowed a 30
minute walk-through session on the game field the day before the event. During that
walk-through players must wear sneakers, no cleats will be allowed on
