The China Investment Promotion Agency is bringing 17 prominent Chinese companies seeking life sciences investment opportunities in Canada to a investment forum in Toronto, which will facilitate deals between Chinese investors and Canadian medical companies through business matchmaking and networking opportunities in fields related to genetics, diabetes, cancer treatments and other areas of medicine. The event is hosted by the Consulate General of China in Toronto and Invest Canada Alliance, a non-profit organization that assists with attracting Chinese investment and helping Canadian companies expand to China.
