The company’s focus was inward and cost driven.
I changed it into a vibrant customer oriented
organization.
2015 is a record breaking year in terms of revenue,
ebitda and customer satisfaction.

3. I developed the Brasserie Maximiliaan concept (115
seats) to appeal a much wider international
audience. In winter 2015 the renovation took place,
in March the restaurant re-opened.
Many positive comments were received from guests
and appeared in the media; the base for new
success.

4. Responsible for the re-organization of the facility
management department, resulting in € 1 million
reduction in costs per year.
Overseeing the restaurants, housekeeping,
engineering, laundry and purchasing in eight
housing units of this health care company serving
850 residents.
Developed innovative restaurant ‘Paris’ concept for
a new residence De Egelantier.

5. Responsible for the construction and the opening of
a new 4* hotel with 61 rooms and conference
facilities. I hired and trained the staff and started
the operation.
Designed and successfully introduced restaurant
‘Meesters’.

6. Responsible for the results of this 148 room hotel, a
franchise operation with a total revenue of 4 million
Euro per year.
Located on the edge of Schiphol Airport with large
conference facilities onsite and a party center and
bowling alley adjacent.

7. Interim project.
Responsible for the last phase of a major
renovation. Preparing the hotel for a ‘turn key’
hand over to Le Meridien.
The interior was designed by the famous Paris
architect Jacques Garcia.

8. Responsible for all the sales & marketing efforts
prior to the opening of this 250 room hotel with
conference facilities, two restaurants and a bar.
Situated on the outskirts of The Hague.
Connected the hotel to the SRS Reservation system.
Hotel occupancy over 70 % within three months
after opening.
