Both hotels will also be offering the Swiss International’s concept for Meetings and Events: “Eventives”. Both hotels are situated in Marrakech, one of the most visited tourist capitals of the world.
This came to form, as a result of an agreement between "Swiss International" and "Innovest Ventures" of India. The agreement is part of the companies' shared strategy to build a solid presence in the Indian hospitality market. The objective of the cooperation is to open 20 hotels under Swiss International brands within the next 5 years.

Thursday, 4 July 2019… FEP Holdings Limited today signed a management contract with international hospitality group Swiss International Hotels & Resorts to operate its property in Sagana, which will be named Swiss International Sagana Resort & Conference Centre.
Swiss International Mandala Norling is an 81-room upscale hotel and will be complemented with a Swiss Café Restaurant & Lounge, a Noodles and Rice Restaurant, Eventives Meetings & Events venues and an Inspirations Pool and Gym.
Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites Bahadurgarh will be the hospitality facility at the unique and prestigious HL City’s Avenue 37 commercial complex spreading over 3 acres of land. The commercial complex will consist of numerous shopping venues including a hypermarket, offices and work spaces, a food court and family entertainment facilities and zones. The Swiss Select Lounge is mandatory in all Swiss International Hotels & Resorts and
Swiss Spirit Hotels & Suites, and aims at providing Swiss Internationals loyal guests with
personalized services.

Swiss International makes available for its affiliated hotels
under License, Manchise or Management agreement the
following formula: the License, the System and the Services
The License allows the affiliated hotel to make use of the
“Swiss International” brand name and its relevant concepts as
defined and details of which are set out in the company’s
Manual.
The System: Affiliated hotels are connected to the System.
All electronic reservation channels, including but not limited
to the global distributions systems, Online Travel Agents,
Online booking engines etc… are connected to the system to
ensure that all reservations are channeled through the
system.
The Services: Swiss International provides an extensive
range of services for its hotels. Some of the mentioned

The hotels under Swiss International’s umbrella benefit furthermore from a robust support
mechanism which includes extensive Commercial and Operational Business Support
Sessions.

well as the Swiss International Commercial
Value drivers in order to maximize its financial
results.
The business session are held on a quarterly basis
with the objectives to:
Measure the improvement of the Brand Performance Indicator.
Support the hotel to reduce operational costs and as such, to augment the GOP (Gross
Operating Profit) or EBITDA (Earnings Before Interests, Taxes, Depreciation and
Amortization).
