Bestemmingsplan
Definitie
Het bestemmingsplan is een instrument waarin dwingend op juridische
grondslag is vastgelegd hoe de
overheid haar grondgebied wenst te bestemmen en in te richten. (betreft
werken, werkzaamheden,
bouwvergunningen, gebruiksverboden en onteigening)
Doel
Het bestemmingsplan is het belangrijkste instrument voor de ruimtelijke
ordening. In het
bestemmingsplan wordt geregeld waar gebouwd mag worden, wat er
gebouwd mag worden, de
omvang van de bebouwing en welk gebruik toegestaan is. Vaste onderdelen
van een
bestemmingsplan zijn de regels of voorschriften voor het gebied, een
verbeelding (plankaart) waarop
de bestemmingen zijn aangegeven en een toelichting..
Uitvoering
Een bestemmingsplan bestaat uit drie onderdelen:
1. toelichting; verantwoording over de keuze van de verschillende
bestemmingen in het
bestemmingsplan
2. verbeelding/plankaart: kaart waarop de toegestane
bestemmingen/functies zijn aangegeven
