that could potentially save the company $64 million in revenue
• As of March 2015, 33% of the Explore individual contributor high
potential program have received a permanent job promotion either
during the program or within 3 months after the end of the program
• Of the percent of the 33% that received promotions, 12% moved into
the ranks of leadership
