When you log on to www.mypaymentsplus.com, you will see a list of programs that will
directly impact your child this school year. Your support of these programs enables your student’s
teachers to purchase supplemental instructional materials that will be used in these classrooms.
This is your “one stop shop” to streamline your payments for yearbook, parking, meals, field trips,
club dues, and other school related events.
If you already have a MyPaymentsPlus account, simply log on by using your username and
password. If you do not have an account, visit www.mypaymentsplus.com and select “Register for

3. SCHEDULE PICK UP DAY IS THE TIME TO SAY GOOD-BYE TO SUMMER
AND GEAR UP FOR THE COMING SCHOOL YEAR
Schedule pick up day, August 1st
, is an exciting day for students. Be there when they get their schedule
and bus route. Pick up times below:
Schedule Pick up: Alphabetical rosters will be posted in the cafeteria, next to the Media Center, on the
mural in Building G, and by the stairs past the main office in Building M. Students are to find their name
on the alphabetical listing. Listed next to their name will be their student ID number, the name of their
Advisement teacher and the room number. Go to the room listed on the roster and their Advisement
teacher will give them their schedule.
Schedule Changes: The ONLY changes that will be made on schedule pick up day will be for:
Classes taken through Gwinnett County Schools and passed over the summer that are still
showing on your schedule
Missing a core class – Math, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, Foreign Language
These changes will be made in Lab D-424 in the cafeteria. All other changes, including elective class
changes, will be addressed during the first few days of school.
Bus Transportation: Information including student bus numbers and estimated pick up and drop off
times will be posted in the Theater Lobby.
Fees: Staff will be available in the Media Center to assist parents with registering on
www.MyPaymentsPlus.com to purchase lockers, make contributions and acknowledge required
documents. All payments and contributions will be through MyPaymentsPlus for the 2014-2105 school
year.
Lockers: Lockers will only be issued to students who provide proof of payment through
MyPaymentsPlus. If you do not have an account, you can register at www.MyPaymentsPlus.com or visit
the Parkview web site and click on the link on the lower left hand side of the main page. Print your
receipt for payment to bring with you on schedule pick up day.

4. Parking: Student parking is a privilege at Parkview High School. Students are required to attend a parking
class before a parking decal will be issued. The final class is July 23 at 10:00 am in the theater. Parents are
welcome to attend. Please visit our website, www.parkview.net to complete an application prior to the
meetings.
Decal pickup is as follows:
Wednesday, July 30: 8:30-10:00 A-F, 10:00-11:30 G-L
Thursday, July 31: 8:00-10:00 M-R, 10:00-11:30 S-Z"
2014-2015 Bell Schedule:
Clinic: The clinic is located in the E & F building and is open daily to assist our students with any medical needs.
Clinic information forms will be given to your student on schedule pick up day or the first day of school. Please
complete the form and have your student return it to their Advisement teacher promptly. This annual document
is required in order to serve your student’s needs.
Taking medication at school is discouraged. However, in the event a student must take medication at school, any
medication, prescription or over the counter, must be turned in to the clinic. All medication is dispensed in the clinic
and is kept in a locked cabinet. All medication must be in the original bottle and accompanied by an
Administration of Medication form which is available in the clinic.
Yearbooks: Yearbooks will be on sale through MyPaymentsPlus beginning July 21, 2014. Pricing schedule is
below:
$ 85 July 21 through September 1 @ 11:59 PM
$ 90 September 2 through October 31 @ 11:59 PM
$ 95 November 1 through December 31 @ 11:59 PM
$100 January 1 through March 31 @ 11:59 PM

Senior Recognition Ads: Looking for a creative way to tell your son or daughter, “I love you, and I’m proud of
you”? Place a recognition ad in the yearbook! Senior ads may be purchased through MyPaymentsPlus from July
1st
through October 17th
for $ 156 per quarter page ad.
Also, Senior baby pictures and verifiable quotes will be placed in the yearbook for a mere $25. This can also be
purchased through MyPaymentPlus from July 1st
through September 18th
.
These dates enable the yearbook staff to complete the layout of the pages in time for submission to the publisher.
Junior and Senior Dues: Junior dues must be paid by in order to attend Prom. Any Senior who has not paid
their Junior dues must do so. Junior dues will be paid through MyPaymentsPlus.
