Parkview Relay for Life Craft & Gift Fair Participation

1. Dear Vendor:
Parkview High School would like to invite you to take part in the Parkview High School Relay for Life Craft & Gift Fair. The goals of the event are to raise money for the American Cancer Society as well as to involve the community in our school events. The individuals participating in our event will be our teachers, students, and their family members, as well as members of the community. To ensure that the community is well informed of the event, we are advertising in the Lilburn Patch, as well as through email, phone calls, websites, local businesses, and school newsletters.
For your information, the event details are provided below:
Date of the event: Saturday, November 15, 2015
Location: Parkview High School, 998 Cole Drive, Lilburn 30047

Suggested arrival time to set up booth: 6:45 a.m.
Vendor Fair hours: 8:00 a.m.-1 p.m.
Participation fee: $35 per table (you must provide all decorative elements for your display)
If you would like to participate, please complete the enclosed Parkview High School Craft & Gift Fair Application Form and return it by November 7, 2014, by mail to my attention, fax to my attention at 678-451-2234, or bring it to the front (main) office of Parkview High School. If it is after 3 p.m, please drop it off in the Parkview Community School Monday-Thursday 3 p.m-8 p.m. You will be provided with a vendor packet of detailed information for set up after your registration is complete. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
