2. RDAとは？
• デジタル・ネット時代の新しい目録規則
– AACR2（英米目録規則第2版）に取って変わる新しい目録規則
• AACR2: Anglo‐American Cataloguing Rules, 2 edtion
– 英語圏が中心となっているが国際化も視野に
• ユーザとタスクを支援するためのもの
– 作成するデータは常にどんなユーザが、どんなタスクが支援
されるかが基礎
• 関連する概念はFRBRとFRADを元に定義（説明）
– ユーザ
– ユーザのタスク
– 書誌レコード・・・主にFRBR: 書誌データのための機能的要件
• (Functional Requirements for Bibliographic data)
– 典拠データ・・・主にFRAD:FRAD：オーソリティーデータための
機能的要件
• (Functional Requirements for Authority Data)

• モデル開発のスタート：何が利用者の興味のあ
る”key object”（entity）かを決める
