This document lists 38 service projects supported by Rotary International District 5320. The projects provide support in areas such as education, healthcare, poverty alleviation, and the environment. They include providing scholarships, school supplies, dental clinics, meals for families, and assistance for at-risk youth. The district works with organizations and communities both locally within Orange County, California and internationally in places like Mexico.

One half day job shadowing for 150+ high school students.

Sponsor field trips to the Ocean Institute in Dana Point for
underprivileged students from around OC.

Provide support for a residential home for disadvantaged deaf

$100 college scholarships awarded quarterly for 1 high school
students in Tustin and 1 high school student in Santa Ana.

New display cases, shadow boxes and interactive items.

senior high school students.

Members help with the Advanced Floating Lab & House for Hermit
Crab Lab during student trips.

Celebrate Arbor Day by distributing seedlings to all third graders in the
Tustin school district.

Transportation to the mainland for surgical or specialty medical services.

Updated computer and video equipment for Brea Olinda High School.
Students will teach elementary and junior high students and offer classes at
the Brea Community Center for adults.

Family games made in woodworking classes by youth and Rotarians and
distributed to Marine families at Camp Pendleton and sold online.

Mentoring and Mentor Meals at El Modena High School, bringing a
business/community connection to at-risk students.

Fund and package over 20,000 meals for school children in poverty
stricken areas.

Financial and volunteer assistance to Skyview alternative school students
who are homeless and at-risk low income.

Funding for a busload of families so children can visit their parents,
face-to-face, in prison.

32. Emergency In-House Pantry
Provide shelving and non-perishables for local food pantry and fund quarterly
food drops for the local food pantry.

33. Plastic Waste Reduction
Provide two filtered water bottle filling stations and reduce more than
1,250,000 single-use plastic bottles.

34. Busy Bee Primary School
Repair and upgrade the restrooms and providing school supplies for South
African students.

35. Food and Education for Poor
Help assimilate children and parents to the US by furthering education, and
helping to alleviate hunger and poverty.

36. Needy Children Shopping Spree
Take 40 children to shop for warm clothes, then to a holiday party with
senior citizens.

Purchase, construct and install a water purification system at various
elementary schools in Mexico.

38. Jenks Lake Fishing / Backpacks
Take inner city kids to mountains and forest for fishing and fun, with
firefighters.
