This document contains 4 charts showing physician demographic trends in the United States from 2007-2013. The charts show the number of active physicians, medical students, and residents/fellows per 100,000 population over time. The number of active physicians increased slightly from around 250 to 260 per 100,000 population during this period. The number of medical students and residents/fellows generally remained stable or increased slightly as well.
