This document provides the menu and program for a New Year's Eve event at the Crowne Plaza Prague hotel. The evening will include a welcome drink at 7pm, music from a DJ and party band throughout the night, dancing exhibitions, a salsa lesson, caricatures, and a midnight toast to ring in the new year. For the menu, guests can choose from smoked fish, salads, soups, a carving station, main dishes including sea bass and braised pork ribs, desserts such as tiramisu and ice cream, and an open bar. The festivities are aimed at taking guests through the final moments of 2011 and entering 2012.
