The Learning Commons at UMass Amherst is hosting various events and announcements for students. An art exhibit will be on display until May 11 and there are contests for undergraduate research papers and book collections with cash prizes. The library has launched an online repository called Credo to provide digital access to collections including the papers of W.E.B. Du Bois. Various library services are highlighted including expanded circulation services, study abroad advising, streaming video collections, printing services, and research assistance.

The Library celebrates the halfway mark of the Du Bois digitization project and launches Credo, an online repository containing the digital collections held by the Department of Special Collections and University Archives. Credo includes the Du Bois Papers and many other collections, which can be viewed anywhere at any time. credo.library.umass.edu The name for the repository was selected to honor W.E.B.
