This is it:We have touched PM Standards and seen that it can be too complex, but also we have seen that the alternative of not using standards can be very risky.Then I have tried to show that the best solution is to First Learn the Rules, and Learn Which to break, by means of Formal Knowledge gathering and Intuition from Experience.We have found that it is not enough, but that the missing ingredient, communication or soft-skills, is as important as knowledge or intuition.To get something practical I have indicated those three that I consider best practices for any project:-20% is of project effort should be Planning-70% of PM time should be Communication-Risk evaluationI hope I have explain myself and but please now it is the time for your questions.
