Terms and Conditions
Website designing and development work will be performedbyNew Dimension M&R. New DimensionM&R will provide all necessarytext content
changes andother code changes. Control onthe hostingaccount are predeterminedfromthe relationshipof the current webdesigner or web
developer andtheir webdesigner/developer will be responsible for their own data, text files, audio files, videofiles, graphics andother materials
neededfor their website.
New Dimension M&R will provide the research, recommendations, analysis and reportingof SEO andPPCdata. Ifnot given the facilityto upload
files, change code andchange configurations onthe web site, it shallbe the responsibilityof New DimensionM&R or the web
designing/development companyin-charge of maintainingthe website.
New Dimension M&R does not guaranteeanyspecific ranking positioninsearch engine results for bothorganic search and PPC. The Web design,
development & SEO service ofNew DimensionM&R will give AAAAuger improvedand measurable ranking.

AnyURL/domainname created or bought for campaignpurpose is the propertyof New DimensionM&R unless stated otherwise; if a domainis
bought for the client to own, New DimensionM&R will open a domain account under client’s name andhave the new domainpurchasedvia
client’s account.
Project Contact and Approval Responsibilities
This project requires a liaison officer (contact person)from the client to communicate withthe product manager teammember regardingproject
issues. Sign-offs onfeedback, change orders, andacceptance of deliverableswill be the responsibilityof the liaison officer. The project teamwill
not accept anyrequests without the explicit approval of the liaison officer. It is alsounderstood that validatedrequests outside the scope of this
engagement are consideredchange orders and that these will have implications onthe timing andthe costs ofthe project.
Project not covered withinthe Engagement Issues
New Dimension M&R accountabilitywillbe limitedto the deliverables describedabove. Shouldthe client wish to avail of services outside of this
engagement, it will entail another set ofnegotiations andmaynecessitate a draftingof a new agreement or addendum to the e xisting agreement.
Non-disclosure
New Dimension M&R shallnot in anymanner assist, allow, adopt or applythe use of the systemcomponents, interfaces, visualdesigns, and
custom programming exclusivelymade for or byyour company, to anypersonor entitywho are incompetitionor engagedwiththe same line of
business as your company.
Furthermore, New DimensionM&R shall keepconfidential anyinformation it mayacquire byvirtue ofthis agreement about the client, its systems,
processes, trade secrets, stockholders, directors andofficers and shall not reveal the same to anypersonexcept as necessaryinthe performance of
its obligations hereunder.
