A few Ground Rules
     Before the session:
       Shut down e-mail, instant messaging, cell phones, and other distractions
       Run the Centra Audio Wizard



                 During the session:
                     Raise your hand when you want to speak
                     When called upon and given a microphone, press the Ctrl or F12 key and speak
                     clearly; release the “talk” key when you are finished
                     Use Text Chat as directed by your facilitator
                     Use the Feedback button to tell the facilitator things are not clear, or are moving
                     too fast or too slow
