The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury commenced a Transit Feasibility Study in July, 2011 with the assistance of the Transit consulting firm HDR Corporation. The objective of the study is to determine whether or not Transit service is feasible in Bradford West Gwillimbury and, if so, the type of service that should be provided.
To assist us, transit focus groups were held on September 22, 2011 that comprised of selected members of the general public, the businesses community, Council members and senior staff, and transit commuters using GO Transit service.
A number of transit service concepts and recommendations have now been developed and are to be presented to the general public for input to the final report and recommendations that will be presented to Council.
