This document summarizes the findings of a survey conducted across 4 companies to understand employee perceptions of women's safety at work. Key findings include: 1) Many women were unaware of safety policies and helpline numbers; 2) Some women did not feel safe working night shifts or traveling after 7pm; 3) Most men felt training on preventing harassment was important. Suggestions to improve safety included establishing pre-emergency measures like self-defense training, post-emergency counseling, and ensuring timely justice for any incidents.
