Hyundai Kia Motors, the world's fifth largest automobile production company, has
deployed INNOWATCH to monitor and prevent fire for its fourteen worldwide plants. The
reason behind INNOWATCH selection was due to its ability to deliver all surveillance
cameras and sensors using the Pixel On Demand technology on limited network
bandwidth. INNOWATCH has provided a system that integrated over 300 surveillance
cameras and sensors from worldwide plants and deliver them on real-time for fire

Korea South-East Power (KOSEP), located in the southeast region, is in charge of generating
10% of the electricity in Korea with an annual revenue of $4 billion. KOSEP was in search of a
solution to maximize bandwidth efficiency that will allow real-time monitoring of its remotely
located six sub-power generation plants from the headquarter office in Jinju. INNOWATCH
has successfully integrated camera videos with maps, alarm system and power generation
data for efficient monitoring of six sub-power generation plants. After three months into
INNOWATCH operation, KOSEP was able to diagnose and prevent 207 counts of incidents
which accounted for $700,000 worth of savings.

Overview
The G20 leader summit is where the G20 leaders of about 20 major countries meet to
discuss ways to strengthen the global economy, and to prevent financial crisis with
international cooperation and decision making. In order to securely and safely complete
the G20 Seoul Summit in 2010, special force of the National Security and Safety Service
had launched its operation in the security operation center at COEX Convention Center.
In accordance with all the related organizations cooperation, every single situation had

Port of Singapore Authority (PSA) is the #1 port in the world with projects spanning
across Asia, Europe and America. PSA operates six container terminals in Singapore
and wants to automate the entire port operations so operations can be more efficient.
N3N has won three PSA’s Tender with Tender 1 completed in 2013 and Tender 2 & 3
completed in 2014. N3N has provided INNOWATCH, the CCTV monitoring system in
Tender 1 to integrate cameras to track containers more intuitively in an efficient
operating environment. Now PSA operators can monitor two cranes simultaneously
from single location. With this success, PSA is planning to expand INNOWATCH for
the remaining 174 cranes by 2015.

Tender 2: Enhancing Wharf Operation System (Wharf)
Overview
In Tender 1, N3N has provided INNOWATCH for intuitive and efficient video
monitoring. Next, in Tender 2 that was completed in 2014, N3N has enhanced the
efficiency of wharf operation system by integrating CCTV videos with existing system.
In addition, the integration of number recognition cameras enables automated
operation to speed up the process for the shipment of containers on and off the
vessels. Only one system for two selected cranes is enhanced in Tender 2. Therefore,
PSA is planning to enhanced all their existing systems to improve their operating
efficiency for the entire port.

Overview
The Tender 3 that was completed in 2014 is the combination of Tender 1 and 2 on
yard cranes and the systems for yard cranes. In Tender 3, the methodology used for
the quay cranes to keep track of containers going in and out of the vessels was
applied to the yard cranes, where it is used for better and more efficient management
of the containers go in and out of Singapore. N3N also took part in the interior design
for PSA’s control room.

Operation
Uijeongbu is a city located in the north of Seoul with more than 500,000 people in
population. It is the first government entity to employ INNOWATCH to monitor weather,
fire, and flood level (for the main river running through the city) for disaster prevention.

Incheon Bridge

Overview
Incheon Bridge is the world’s 5th longest bridge at 21.38 km long that connects Incheon
International Airport to Songdo International Complex. Traffic service center has to
simultaneously monitor and utilize the surveillance cameras for traffic light signals, road
signs, road weather information system, vehicle detection system and lane control system,
so it can provide a smooth traffic flow and safety for drivers. There are currently 81
surveillance cameras installed on the Incheon Bridge for the purpose of traffic control.
INNOWATCH has successfully integrated CCTV camera videos with maps, data and 3rd
