This document outlines 7 leadership dimensions used to evaluate cadets:
1. Mental (ME) - Assesses intelligence, will, drive and initiative beyond just academic skills.
2. Physical (PH) - Projects strength, health, and ability to excel in demanding situations through military bearing.
3. Emotional (EM) - Ability to handle stress and adapt leadership style to different people.
4. Conceptual (CN) - Ability to use creative and critical thinking to develop solutions to rapidly changing problems.
5. Interpersonal (IP) - Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and build relationships within a group.
6. Technical (TE) - Demonstrates technical skills through task accomplishment and training
