2. 1. Web : The world wide web (WWW) commonly known as the web is an information
system where documents and others web recourse are identified by uniform recourse
locators which may be interlinked by hyperlinks and we accessible over internet.
2. World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) : W3C is the main international standards
organization for the world wide web founded in 1994 and currently led by Tim Berners-
Lee, the consortium is made up of member organization that maintain full time staff
working together in the development of standards for the world wide web as of 21
October 2019, W3C had 443 member W3C also engages in education and outreach
develops software and servers as an open forum for discussion about the web .

computer network that was the forerunner of the internet. The advance recharge project

4. Internet : The internet is the global system of interconnected computer networks
that uses the internet protocol suite (TCP/P) to communicate between network and
device. Sometimes referred to as a “network of networks” the internet emerged in the
United States in the 1970s but did not become visible to the general public until the
early 1990s. By 2020, approximately 4.5 billion people, or more than half of the
world’s population, were estimated to have access to the internet.

of the same computer and some early email system require the author and the recipient
to both be online simultaneously similar to instant messaging. Email operates across
computer networks, primarily the Internet. Today’s email systems are based on a store
and forward model. Email servers accept, forward, deliver and store messages. Neither
the users nor their computers are required to be online simultaneously they need to
connect typically to a mail server or a webmail interface to send or receive messages or
download it.

protocol.
9. TELNET : Terminal Network. Telnet is an application protocol used on the internet
or local area network to provide a bidirectional interactive text-oriented communication
facility using a virtual terminal connection.

of rules and standards which how any information can be transmitted www.
Full from of HTTPS is Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure. It is highly advanced and
secure version of HTTP.
11. Blog : A blog is a discussion or information website published on the www consisting
of discrete, often informal diary-style-text entries.
12. Mobile Telecommunication : Mobile Telecommunication is the process of sending,
transmitting and receiving information over a distance with the purpose of communicating.
This form of signal transmission take place with assistance of some sort of mobile device.
Mobile technology is typified by internet enabled devices like smartphones, tablets and
watches.

platform where a writer or a group of writes share their views on an individual subject.

archived.
