The word must which means 'must' in the sentence Showing Obligation is
used to convey a must/obligation that comes from a sense of responsibility
within oneself.
“I must keep the house clean”

Have to or has to is used to convey the necessity/obligation caused by
external rules (outside of oneself). For example, from school or the law in our
country.
“You have to wear a white-blue uniform to school”

- She has to obey traffic rules when driving.
- Visitors have to wear a face mask at the hospital.
- The student has to listen to their teachers.
