This document summarizes the successes and challenges of rolling out a global resource management process across a major worldwide financial institution with over 35,000 users. A 3-phase deployment approach was used, focusing on availability, allocations, and utilization. While issues like lack of management support, data quality, and resistance to change caused problems, lessons were learned and improvements were made through renewed focus, training, and use of metrics and reporting to track progress. The rollout ultimately helped create a global resource pool and better visibility into resource data.

The document summarizes a study that investigated the temperature dependent current-voltage (I-V) and capacitance-voltage (C-V) characteristics of chromium Schottky contacts formed on n-type silicon substrates by electrodeposition from 80-320K. The diode parameters such as ideality factor and barrier height were extracted from I-V measurements and showed an abnormal decrease in barrier height and increase in ideality factor with decreasing temperature. This was explained by a double Gaussian distribution of barrier heights over two temperature regions. Analysis of the I-V characteristics confirmed mean barrier heights of 0.910eV and 0.693eV for the two regions.

Container images are made up of layers, with each layer containing file system changes. Images can be tagged to distinguish versions and labeled to add metadata. Labels provide information like the image creator, description, and version references. Child images inherit labels from their parent image, but not the maintainer label. Automating builds with a Makefile allows labels to reference the current git commit and build time. Metadata helps understand what an image contains and how it was created.

1) Developing an interdisciplinary sustainability research network (Ne.S.S.O.) across multiple departments.
2) Innovating sustainability-focused teaching, such as a new course on integrated perspectives of sustainability issues.
3) Implementing behavioral changes among students and staff through initiatives reducing plastic water bottle and waste consumption on campus.
4) Pursuing new cross-cutting opportunities like the PRIMA partnership for Euro-Mediterranean research collaboration and hosting the 2015 Regional SDSN conference on sustainable development goals.
The document summarizes efforts to increase stakeholder awareness of wetland conservation in three regions of Kazakhstan through environmental education programs. Wetlands in the Ural River delta, Teniz-Korgalzhyn lakes, and Alakol-Sassykkol lakes provide habitat for migratory birds but face threats from unsustainable use. To address this, the project developed ecology curricula for schools and organized teacher training, student activities, and public campaigns. It also helped establish nature centers near protected areas to attract visitors and raise awareness. Surveys found that the programs significantly increased awareness levels among decision-makers and local communities about the importance of wetland conservation in all three regions.
