1.  Diners	looking	for	“here	and	now”	food	and	drink	offers,	can	launch	
s-njee	and	immediately	find	the	best	offers	within	walking	distance	
2.  s-njee	allows	them	to	make	a	reserva(on,	order	a	delivery,	buy	a	
coupon,	or	download	a	discount	voucher	from	a	single	app:	there	is	
no	need	to	download	or	open	mul(ple	applica(ons

For	restaurants	-	an	intelligent,	hyperlocal,	real--me	promo-on	system	
1.  During	off-peak	hours	or	when	they	have	had	a	sudden	cancella(on,	
restaurant	managers	can	enter	a	special	offer	and	push	a	discount	
voucher	to	nearby	s-njee	users	in	a	maaer	of	minutes		
2.  Restaurant	managers	won’t	need	to	call	anyone	to	make	changes	to	
their	special	deals;	they	will	be	able	to	easily	manage	everything	
through	their	s-njee	account	dashboard	
3.  We	will	be	offering	restaurants	an	intelligent,	hyperlocal,	real-(me	
promo(on	system	that:	
•  recommends	which	specials	to	offer,	based	on	known	preferences	of	nearby	
users		
•  sends	no(fica(ons	to	those	users	within	a	specified	radius.	
4.  Restaurant	managers	will	only	have	to	add	their	specials	once,	during

•  For	over	two	years,	we	have	tested	the	app	and	developed	the	
model	in	four	pilot	markets:	Italy,	the	UK,	Croa(a	and	Cyprus

•  published	specials	from	over	200	restaurants,	interac(ng	with	them,	to	
test	and	define	our	innova(ve	model,	which	allows	a	remote	sign-up	
process	
•  collected	feedback	from	app	users	(over	15,000	downloads),	and	acted	
upon	it	
•  tested	and	improved	sign-up	costs	for	both	restaurants	and	diners		
•  forged	working	partnerships	with	Groupon,	Hungry	House,	Foodora,	
Quandoo,	and	‘Ac(on	Against	Hunger’	
•  Partners’	offers	currently	published	on	s-njee:	over	60,000	from	
around	50,000	restaurants	in	over	30	countries		
•  App	is	now	available	for	most	smart	devices,	and	all	major	browsers

Planned	growth	structure…(*)
During	2018,	we	have	targeted,	for	our	direct	markets	(UK	and	Italy),	to	
reach	175,000	ac(ve	app	users,	and	over	2,500	restaurants	publishing	
their	specials.	
In	order	to	achieve	that,	we	have	developed	a	marke(ng	plan	that	
involves	PR,	social	media	and	marke(ng	campaigns	for	brand	awareness,	
app	downloads,	web	app	promo(on	and	for	restaurant	recruitment.	
We	plan	to	start	with	a	3	month	pilot	focused	on	a	specific	area	of	the	
UK,	then	to	extend	to	the	rest	of	the	UK	and	to	Italy.		
Once	the	pilot	is	completed,	we	plan	to	launch	our	first	franchise	in	
Australia,	and	then	similarly	expand	further	interna(onally.	
We	plan	to	con(nue	inves(ng	in	our	technology,	to	add	our	planned	AI	
capabili(es,	and	make	our	apps	more	user	friendly,	including	the	new	
restaurant	self-service	interface.	
Finally,	we	will	con(nue	integra(ng	strategic	partners	offers	in	the	app,	
in	all	categories,	boos(ng	revenue-share.

A	seed	round	of	investment	capital	
We	are	seeking	to	raise	up	to	£250k	seed	capital	for	up	to	25%	equity.	
SEIS/EIS	Approved.	This	includes	income	tax	relief	of	up	to	50%	of	
amount	invested,	no	capital	gain	tax,	loss	relief,	and	up	to	100%	
inheritance	tax	relief.	
Funds	will	be	used	to	run	our	planned	pilot,	achieve	trac(on,	improve	
our	technology	and	prepare	our	launch	of	the	next	funding	round.
