City of Gary Comprehensive Plan Exhibit_Maps_Land Use DesignationReinvestingary
Gary's Comprehensive Plan is a long-range tool to establish and guide city-wide policy decisions. It is a unified vision for the future and a blueprint for how Gary will promote growth and adapt to change.
Over the past 18 months, the City of Gary has met with community leaders, led neighborhood workshops, collected data, and reviewed existing plans, to provide a road map for our future. These boards show some results of that public feedback and analysis.
Land use maps show each neighborhood's plan for the future, with a focus on being flexible and adaptable to change.
The transportation project map shows key investments that provide the greatest impact on our city's future.

These Luxury Park Residences are designed with the concept of living around 3 acre of central greens. Overlooking the scenic Aravalli Hills, these extraordinaire residences are located just 10 minutes from Golf Course Extension Road. The project enjoys great connectivity from 75 meter wide Sohna Road, which has been declared as a National Highway. World-class educational institutes such as GD Goenka World University & K.R. Mangalam University surround it.
Every Transit-oriented Development (TOD) is unique in its response to surrounding context and city-wide goals and needs. Planning TOD must consider designing inclusive communities that meet the needs of a range of age and income groups as socio-, cultural-, economic and ecological concerns are integrated with principles of sustainable planning and design. In this presentation, Marcelo shared his expertise and experience on designing previously successful transit-oriented developments in Edmonton while providing insightful direction and foresight on the working model for TOD in Edmonton, and how it can be successfully implemented and improved in the future.

Capital projects - African Future Cities (overview of selected projects)Benjamin Van As
Futuristic and very cyber-age techno cities are being planned all across different parts of Africa. These independently planned cities form part of a broad strategy to gain critical infrastructure, technology, capacity, as well as strategic competitive advantage in the various geographies.
Furthermore these will provide much needed job opportunities as well as accommodation, attracting investments and thereby facilitating further economic growth and competitiveness
This pack covers 5 proposed developments across Africa in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, DRC and South Africa, each of which has the potential of significant impact in its area
These projects are by virtue of their size (both in terms of physical size and budget) complex mega capital projects.

Transforming Brand Perception and Boosting Profitabilityaaryangarg12
In today's digital era, the dynamics of brand perception, consumer behavior, and profitability have been profoundly reshaped by the synergy of branding, social media, and website design. This research paper investigates the transformative power of these elements in influencing how individuals perceive brands and products and how this transformation can be harnessed to drive sales and profitability for businesses.
Through an exploration of brand psychology and consumer behavior, this study sheds light on the intricate ways in which effective branding strategies, strategic social media engagement, and user-centric website design contribute to altering consumers' perceptions. We delve into the principles that underlie successful brand transformations, examining how visual identity, messaging, and storytelling can captivate and resonate with target audiences.
Methodologically, this research employs a comprehensive approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses. Real-world case studies illustrate the impact of branding, social media campaigns, and website redesigns on consumer perception, sales figures, and profitability. We assess the various metrics, including brand awareness, customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth, to measure the effectiveness of these strategies.
The results underscore the pivotal role of cohesive branding, social media influence, and website usability in shaping positive brand perceptions, influencing consumer decisions, and ultimately bolstering sales and profitability. This paper provides actionable insights and strategic recommendations for businesses seeking to leverage branding, social media, and website design as potent tools to enhance their market position and financial success.

THE 301 ACRES IS ENVISIONED TO BE A “HIP/TRENDY,” UPSCALE
SUBURBAN VILLAGE WITH A SOCIAL / ACTIVE “CENTER” TARGETING YOUNG
AFFLUENT FAMILIES. THIS WILL BE THE FIRST LARGE DEVELOPMENT TO
BE PLANNED AND LAUNCHED IN THE PAST 5 YEARS IN EGYPT. THE FIRST
LUXURY DEVELOPMENT SINCE THE REVOLUTION – THE FIRST TO BENEFIT
FROM THE LESSONS LEARNED FROM THE INITIAL WAVE OF SUBURBAN
DEVELOPMENT IN CAIRO. AS SUCH, SODIC CAN BE AT THE FOREFRONT
OF THE REDEFINITION OF LIFESTYLE PRIORITIES/ASPIRATIONS OF
AFFLUENT EGYPTIANS. HAVING BEEN IN CONSTANT TOUCH WITH OUR
MARKET OVER THE PAST YEARS, SODIC HAS A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF
THIS EVOLUTION. GOLF COURSES NO LONGER EPITOMIZE LUXURY – THE
PEOPLE, THE FEELING OF A VIBRANT, SOCIAL COMMUNITY, A HEALTHY
AND FUN PLACE FOR KIDS, DAILY CONVENIENCES, PROPER FACILITY
MANAGEMENT, DETAIL ORIENTED DESIGN ALL MATTER MORE.
OUR AIM IS TO OFFER RESIDENTS THE BENEFITS OF A SUBURBAN
DEVELOPMENT SPACE, OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND RELATIVE TRANQUILITY
WHILE AT THE SAME TIME OFFERING A VERY ACTIVE AND SOCIAL TOWN
CENTER. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUR 301 ACRE “TOWN CENTER” AND
THE RETAIL DISTRICTS IN OTHER MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITIES, IS
THAT WE ARE CREATING AN AREA EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE ROUGHLY 10,000
RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS – INTIMATE YET ICONIC. THE AREA
WILL NOT ONLY BE COMMERCIAL IN NATURE, BUT IT WILL INTEGRATE
ELEMENTS OF THE SPORTS CLUB AND WILL CREATE A FEELING OF PUBLIC
SPACE OWNERSHIP – A FEELING NOT COMMON IN EGYPT.
