The 14th annual Parents, Kids & Money survey explores the financial impacts of the pandemic, highlighting significant challenges faced by Black and Latinx families, as well as the mental health toll on women in single-income households. Despite these barriers, a majority of parents express confidence in passing wealth to their children, while interest in cryptocurrencies and meme stocks is growing among kids. The survey also reveals that children are increasingly knowledgeable about investments, often turning to their parents for guidance, despite parental concerns about the risks associated with modern investment types.
