Seeking Stability

Their stories illustrate themes in the great controversy between God and Satan, such as God challenging the power of darkness, His working in human hearts, defeating those who challenge Him, and the need for prayer and repentance when conflicts arise.

12.09.28 Exegesis - Galatians 3.19-5.1
Galatians 3:19-5:1 discusses the relationship between faith, freedom, and the law. That is called Mantra by the meditation (Manana) on which the Jiva or the individual soul attains freedom from sin, enjoyment in heaven and final liberation, and by the aid of which it attains in full the fourfold fruit (Chaturvarga), i.e., Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha. A Mantra is so called because it is achieved by the mental process.

Feeling Tired After Lucid Dreaming Some people report feeling tired after lucid dreaming. This tiredness is not due to the dreams themselves but often results from not getting enough sleep or using techniques that disrupt sleep patterns. Taking breaks and ensuring adequate sleep can prevent this.
Mental Exhaustion Lucid dreaming can be mentally taxing if practiced excessively without breaks. It’s important to balance lucid dreaming with regular sleep to avoid mental fatigue.
