“Using a text box to type in all the
filters is not very intuitive. I think
a checkbox list would be more
user friendly.”
“I understand that it’s currently a
website. However, SMS isn’t
intuitive. It’d be nice to have it
redirect straight to GroupMe

5. Shortcoming Solution
Selecting the right keywords takes
time.
Create tools to search through chats.
Text box interface is not user friendly. Change to a checkbox based UI.
SMS notifications are not intuitive. Option to include link to group chat.
